I get what he means. The tense edgy scrape it out games can be better than a rout that just turns into a training exhibition. i'd like to see us smash a few more teams though like we were in September and August.

I do actually get what he's saying in that the last 30 mins of a battering can be a bit drab such as the germany brazil 7-1 game. But boy weren't the first 60 mins riveting stuff.

As I said those games fizzle out and become boring. An end to end battle keeps the interest.
