If ETH is sacked I hope the whole of the Stratford End, no, the stadium, boos the players as they come out for the warm up for the next match. Don’t think I’ve seen a more toxic and superficial squad throughout the whole of football.

Ludicrous to say he should be sacked.

He's made mistakes, sure. Did we think we were getting the finished article with him? I didn't.

Who comes in? Who would want to come to this rubbish show? The club is corrosive and has been for the last 4 managers. rubbish slides downhill. Some of the players are just poisoned. They won't change. But they on stupid wages and can't be shifted. Who do we blame for that?

Some of the decisions he has made in regards to line ups have got me scratching my head. Then I look of the bench and don't see too much better.

This club needs open heart surgery. From the top down. It's needs to rip itself free of the people that have attributed to this toxic nature of the club. that's from the board to the players. Fergie walked in and saw the club was a mess. Full of piss heads and chancers. Whilst we don't have the piss heads, we've definitely got the chancers.

I don't put all the blame at his door. He deserves his share but not all of it. It's the same old story. Like a bloke treating women terribly and then crying he's alone. Since 2013, the football decisions off the field have been handled wrong by the wrong people for over a decade. Expecting an inexperienced manager to wave a wand and fix it in 16 months is pure delusion. It's actually embarrassing to see some of our fans go OTT like they have and yet totally blind themselves to the real problems that have been here for years.

It seriously makes me laugh that people are calling for ETH's head.

A lot of questions have been asked about his style of play. If you look at the Man City game, only 4 of his signings started, the rest are players signed by previous managers. How is he meant to implement a style of play with players he inherited that show no interest or desire.

I can understand calling for his head if he was starting 11 of his own players and losing, but he isn't. The cycle will just continue - we get a new manager who will use a mash up of players from the previous 5 managers and nothing will change.

I don't know when people are going to wake up and realise that the only constant that has been part of our failings over the last 10 years are the same toxic players and the same toxic owners.

To be fair to him I think most of his problems (players) were here when started, but there is little doubt he’s absolute shyte at buying players. I’d be frightened given him more money. I’ve just read he’s looking at another bang average Dutch plater, struth.

Is that for the training ground canteen? Always good to have the food looking nice on the plate, sure a local lad could do that though rather than a Dutchman.
