Whitechapel appreciate the need for a striker, we are still conceding goals in every game. To be anyway consistent we need a strong spine to the team, we have a few who can play in the back three, we need a keeper, we need a CDM and the CF. At present we don't have anyone good enough in these 3 key areas. I hope there work going on to find a good CDM, this will be vital next season.

New to this site, but would Martinez work in CM? Leaving Maguire, De Ligt, Heaven, Yoro, Shaw to fight it out at the back.

Welcome DG, Licha is an interesting player. His best position is definitely at center-back, but he has missed a significant amount of football over the past two seasons. With his return not expected until September or October, I’m beginning to wonder if his time at the club might be limited.

What I’d really like to see is a settled back five from the start of the season. The constant chopping and changing, whether due to injuries, tactical experiments, or the manager struggling to settle on a lineup, doesn’t seem like the best way to build a solid defensive foundation. Stability at the back is crucial for consistent performances.

He has played CDM for Ajax, not sure it’s the answer though.

he only had a handful of really good performances after his injury and now his latest injury is at least as serious as the previous one. Very sad but i'm not expecting him to be more than a squad player in the future.

If a buyer can be found he needs packing off, not really good enough for EPL yes he is 100% but far too rash in the challenge and a accident waiting to happen…how on earth he got the name butcher is beyond me…. plus he now just gets targeted every game suppose could play him and shaw have couple of midgets at CB
In midfield he would be more of a liability.
