We looked ok against Arsenal, a lot worse against Fulham, and yes, it is only 2 games.

But I remain unconvinced by RA, His selections are weird and I fear he is out of his depth. He hasn't been helped by signing Sesko so late, and Mbuemo doesn't look fit or sharp to me, but his midfield selections are baffling. For the love of God, Bruno in a 2 man midfield is just asking for trouble.

I've never known a new Manager have less impact on a side, and I think he sticks with his formation because he knows no other way, he really is that limited. I completely disagree with Shappy, I think the formation is an issue and that we need specific types of players to play it is another rabbit hole we are going down.

Mainoo had a great breakthrough season, and Amorim has decided he isn't good enough, just wrong.

I really want him to be a success, but he doesn't fill me with confidence.

Think I couldn't understand ajh if he wanted to leave Bruno on why not take off mbeumbo who looked quote tired at 60 mins and bring on ugarte or kobbie and push Bruno forward we would of gained more control.
Any fan could see the first 2 changes should of been for me sesko for mbuemo and kobbie for mount.
We were losing the midfield battle at 60 mins just think them 2 would have gave us bit more on the middle or even kobbie for bruno if we being honest.

I think we have a real energy issue in the center of the park.

Bruno and Casemiro simply cannot go above 50 mins or so before flagging.

What was very evident yesterday was our energy levels died on the hour mark in that area and this forced us to drop.

Couple that with Dalot coming on and feeling like he can take that level of touch and move in that area against a team that was over running us and I wasn't surprised we conceded.

RA has to force that area to be upgraded. Having a double pivot that low level will see us drop many points if we don't score 2 or 3 before the hour mark.

Yep John, Mbuemo looks off the pace, surely pushing Bruno forward and adding a little more steel to the middle made sense. And Chris, Bruno is playing there whether we like it or not, it seems he is seen as a CM ?‍♂️.

Didn’t we do the same to EtH, manager comes to United takes a while to clear out the deadwood, bring in new players and expect them all to gel from day one.

Sack Amorim then what happens, sell everyone he has bought because they don’t suit the style.

Got to agree ctr Bruno and casemiro Definetly tired at the hour mark has been evident for the first 2 games and was the same in pre season we really needs legs in there badly .

Ajh IV seen it in our last 2 games with amorim where we have made substitutions that made us weaker.
I look at top managers pep klopp arne slot so many times last season they identified weakness in a game and there subtitions most times fix it.
Marco Silva on Sunday made substitutions that he saw that changed the game while amorim takes off our most effective player in mount while leaving mbeumbo on.
I think your right and he is tactically limited.

I’m beginning to think Amorim will be the manager to break all records, all for the wrong reasons.

I’ll be glad to be told “I told you so” by all his supporters in 5 years time when we’re invincible.

This guy result wise is the worst manager we have had in a long long long time.

He inherited good players like Yoro, Mazroui who he loves, Ugarte who he raved about when he was at Sporting and finally got a healthy mount.

We got him a left wing back that I assume he sanctioned and 3 top players to play upfront. Its a bs excuse that because we lack a player in midfield with the size of the squad we have he rubbishs the bed weekend after weekend and we should all be okay with it and wait. wait for what.

Let's not bs ourselves and crocodile tears for poor rubin. He has had it easier than any manager to date with such little expectation.

I never agree with you Ahmed but on this occasion I do, those who think a Midfielder sorts this crap are deluded.
He had 30 approx games now and pre season and we look not a lot better, still can’t score, Franks had 2 games at Spurs changed them completely… RA suited Portugal out of his depth here….
