I heard we were close, then Bayern and Barca got involved and Gundagon up his demands, all 3 teams then backed out.

Not sure why Barca were involved considering their ban, but that is what I heard

Barca have an embargo and Bayern couldn't pay half the wages we could so I don't see why his demands would go up? "If" we have offered a package, I would be surprised if 99% of the teams in the world could match it.
