Ed002 there's a lot of talk on here about ole in and ole out. Could you tell us the position of the club on ole? Is his job safe or is it crunch time in terms of they are monitoring the situation and possibly looking for another manager? Appreciate all you do for us.

Ed077, change is the only constant in life. So obviously things will change at some point. Maybe they'll get better, maybe they'll get worse.

Yet by the sounds of it the higher ups at United will attempt to get to the end of the season if possible before making a decision.

{Ed077's Note - no team goes into to a season with a view to make drastic changes midway through. But, Situations can dictate that plans can change.

If Utd have a poor O other and November then there will be pressure to sack OGS. Ultimately results costs a manager has job.

Then there are the players, whom can also stop playing for the manager aswell. If he loses the dressing room he will be a goner.

Ed002 could you please explain why Manchester United would hand Mike phelan a 4 year contract extension?
If Ole was released from his role as manager would that mean phelan Carrick and mcenna would also be revealed of their roles or would other roles be offered within the club structure for them?
