One positive to take from last night. Boy is Martial the real deal. We should be building a team around this guy for years to come. Make him the focal point as he has the ability to turn a game on its head as he almost done last night completely against the run of play.

Instead of being stuck on the left he needs a strike partner that doesn't stay central and likes to drift left so they can alternate - this would be deadly.

Off the top of my head you have Griezmann, Kane and Lacazette who all like to do that.

The likes of Ibra, Lukaku, Cavani and Higuain tend to stay more central which I think would be a hindrance for him.

He's been deadly on the left fresh, get any right back in the league isolated against him and I'd back martial to get past him every time, he hasn't been as good when he's played centrally.

Fresh, I agree. I'd rather him in a central position. However it's a testament how good he is the amount for damage he can cause in that position. Ideally what we need is another player who can play across all 3 positions. Griezemann is perfect but I don't think he will be an option for us.

Kane likes to drift wide? Hardly, I know he drops deep sometimes but for me he's a player who should be staying up top. However not a player I think who we will target, nor would he leave. Griezmann and Lacazette are the ideal players for me. Both can play centrally or drift wide. Scary front 3 if you ask me, hopefully we can see them together at the Euros.

RedDon, you can see him drift a little left and allow someone like Lamela to come inside.

If Griezmann was not an option due to no CL I'd have Lacazette as my number one target. Versatile, quick, strong and scores hatfuls.

Martial is a talent and should lead the line next season not someone like ibra looking for a last pay day.
