Ole is a nice person, he's done a lot since he got the job and has definitely put us in a better place than we were when Jose got the boot.

HOWEVER it's clear to everyone that he isn't the man to take us to the next level. That's not a slight on him, he's done what the club asked and more. Now the club has to show its hand, keep ole and show that we are content to be also rans, or let ole go and bring in a top coach to win us trophies.

The next few months will be a clear indicator of where we are going and how much ambition we have. The glazers took the tampa bay bucs from mediocrity to Super Bowl champs by taking risks, making big decisions and signing quality. I really hope they repeat the formula with us 🤷‍♂️🙏.

Don't see Ole going anywhere Tim. At the moment we are on course for finishing second in the league and likely will be in the Europa League semi final given we are drawn against the weakest opponents left in the tournament. That's two bullets left to achieve Champs League football next season. Given the recent Technical and Football Director appointments I think Ole is here for a while yet.

As for Tampa Bay that was hardly overnight success. I strongly suspect the Glazers are actually interested in the Super Bowl etc whereas United is just their late father's idea of making a good income long term then selling off at a huge profit at some point.

Spot on Tim but don't hold your breath about a new manager unless Utd don't get a champions league spot.

Yeah I know, the bucs have been poor for years, who’s to say that we aren’t headed in the same direction though. Just goes to show that taking a risk and bringing in quality pays off.
