Watched City against Newcastle and have to say they got lucky and the score could have been different.

The referring this year in the PL is quite poor and we have been on the receiving end of some very poor decisions that has changed the outcome of games.

City by the looks of out have lost toure and Nasri to injuries, which will be great news for the likes of Chelsea who seem to have no injuries.

Expect City and Arsenal to start dropping pouts if injuries to key players keep them out for weeks.

Agree, Newcastle were all over them. The disallowed goal if allowed would have changed the game completely.

Unbelievably poor penalty decision for Liverpool now.

I am not saying this because it is the scourers but this is real poor. If anyone has watched them in the past few weeks, skyrtle is IMO committing multiple fouls who should be called for penalties in almost every game and not being called for it.

A very poor penalty decision in the Liverpool game too. Very poor.

City can cope with injuries, so that is just wishful thinking. While I agree we've had some poor decisions against us, we cannot use this as an excuse.
City and arsenal have both had a lot of injuries, and they have coped very well, so don't think that will affect them much.

Skrtel should have given away at least one penalty every time he's played, but referees are just ignoring it. Even when players are bringing it to their attention during the match, they still turn a blind eye when the next corner or freekick is taken and Skrtel is at it again.

Nomid

Typical answer and would not expect anything else. You are right injuries and poor decisions in football don't matter and should not be used as a reason for eventual outcome of games.

He rugby tackles whenever there is a corner, can't believe it hasn't been called.

Here we go again with the mighty predictions.

9.) 12 Jan 2014
Stoke used to be so compact defensively, but this season they have been scandalous at times. They are trying to change their whole way of playing, but cannot find the right balance. Very much a season of transition for them. On a different day with another referee it could have been 5-3 to them.

Sydney

The first 3 goals for the scourers are a joke, but when it is running for you it runs for you.

Interesting on Al Jazeera couple of pundits called sterlings dive good play and smart to get the penalty even though they think he dived. I wonder what the papers will say in the morning.

11.) 12 Jan 2014
One rule for one and one rule for another. If it was Young, the pundits would be calling for his head and calling it cheating, but if it's Sterling (Liverpool player), then it's clever and well earned.

Whats the matter sidney? Are other teams getting decisions that you lot would once have got? How can you spout the stuff you just have when united have won titles on dodgy refereeing decisions! and getting your 8 minutes of added on time at the end of a game i.e. city when michael owen scored winner at old trafford? Its alright then though isn't it? When your lifting trophies? Now that your mid table its rediculous! Give me a break man, utter drivel!

Easy there tonto or Ian the red

Your struggles might be right around the corner. I would wait until game number 38 actually after the 38th game before feeling cocky.

You are riding your luck at the moment. football is quite fickle and things can change dramatically in a matter of a couple of weeks, just have a look at us :)
