This 2nd half is the best I have seen us in ages. Dominating them, and looking threatening.

Just want to add Depay, Rooney & Mata have been sub-par. Especially Rooney, imagine if they actually played well.

Agree Beast. Much better performance so far. However, Rooney has been useless. Even a simple 4 yard pass to memphis on the break was misplaced.

Took his foot off the gas far too soon and it spread throughout the team. That said he didn't have it on the gas all afternoon.

Good result. DDG result!! All do the first half was probably the worst united performance I ever see. Before some of you attack me I've all ways and would all ways support United no matter what, but that first half was hard to watch. In the past I have expose my unconformity with LVG manager stile I wish we have a more passionate manager but for the firs time I complete agree with LVG changes. the first 2 where great all do I would have change Schneiderlin rather than Carrick. I guess McNair was a "get some minutes" change. I believe that early second half goal change the pace of the match but luckily we can have more results like these one. Great to have DDG on the team he is the best goalkeeper in the world!! The first goal he almost get the second attempt out nothing to do there. the second goal just proves what the PSV match show. we have some important defence problems that need to be settle. The rest of the match he was flow less as always!. Great for Martial. GGMU!

second half rooney did his job , we are playing possession football he dropped of was always available and got us ticking over .
i thought we played well second half

Thank god teams are going to start worrying about our forward line sans Roonaldo. Our defence is desperate, they are looking around like children looking for the leader who we haven't actually bought yet managed to bite my tongue after PS but ,. For me our worst players are our most senior ones either too slow, too old or just plain worn out.
Rooney heads the ball clear drags it to the half way line a great pass opens up and he completely fluffs it, the commentator on the radio says brilliant from Rooney so the issue is not just on here.

I love how every time we play badly in the first half its the worst someone has ever seen, like we always used to play amazingly well under fergie and never went behind in a game or were poor.

Champions league final 99 we were outplayed for 89 minutes, some of my favourite moments of the last 20 years have come in games where we haven't been the best team but won, people seem to think under fergie every 90 minutes was world class and nobody ever had a bad game.
