I don’t think Felix would work if we were to go for him. He’s not the striker we need. He’s more of an attacking midfielder. We create plenty of chances and we need someone to put them away.
There is a lack of top quality strikers available. Sir Alex would be good at taking players from other clubs in the league but there is no striker that would improve us outside the big 6 that we could obtain. Calvert Lewin potentially, but there’s no chance Everton let go of him with the situation they’re in and he’s not good enough as a long term solution.
I would love a Henrik Larsson type signing, but again, who’s available?
The smartest move may just be to save our money for the summer with the new owners. Granted it may impact our season but I trust in EtH and his methods and hopefully we can spread goals around the team.
What’s everyone’s thoughts and who would they like to come in summer?
I really like Toney but a ban looks on the horizon.

Toney would be good, but like you say will likely be banned. Mitrovic is often overlooked but would also be a solid option, only problem is Fulham or any EPL side would want 50-70m for a EPL proven striker.

I think we'll see Rashford take up the mantle as our striker for the rest of the season. Martial just isn't reliable at all. If the idea is to push Rashfors up top, then someone like Felix who can play across the front line good be worthwhile.

I wouldn't touch DCL at all. He had a purple patch awhile ago but he's just not good enough for our ambitions. There is a striker drought in the world of football at the minute.

I wonder what the future holds for Kane? I think he's a Fergie signing.

Mitrovic is a good shout but agree that the cost would be too much.
I can’t see Rashford being the main striker as he is most productive from the wings. He doesn’t seem to have a natural strikers instinct like a Kane or Halaand and that is the level we need to be aiming for.

Seems like an ideal opportunity to let one of the younger players try and force their way into the first team.

I remember an 18 year old Micheal Owen blooding for Liverpool and I think Rooney was younger still.

Felixstowe is a very good player but plays in a similar position to Bruno. I'm not sure it would work.

Mitrovic is a good shout, but why would Fulham sell him mid way through the season. It wouldn't make sense unless a lot of money was put their way. Money which club aren't willing to spend.

Mitrovic is a goal scorer for sure and a good target man, not sure about his pressing play and if he fits into EtH system. Vlahovic on the other hand imo does.
Too many names being thrown about, this morning I saw Chuppo Motin added to them. If a player like Dzeko was available for a 6 month loan; I'd take him or Ciro Immobile. :D wishful thinking perhaps.
