The signs are pointing to them having declared their preferred bidder at least. It's 5am in New York, maybe they have to wait for the stock exchange to start trading before it can be announced officially?

There won't be a reliable source divulging any information on this as it would be a massive breach of regulations.

The only reliable source on this will be a public announcement. Until then it's all just hear'say and speculation.

We've had rumours that SJR is the preferred bidder and is going to win, we've had rumours that Qatar will win. It's a great story for the media because it sells and they can respin the story every single day if they want.
