if you could only choose two players from one nation to play for europe against an african or south american team who would you pick?
eg, you can have as many players from one team as you like but the team cant be represented by more than two players from the same nation. so you couldn't have messi as he would be in the south american XI

I'd like to see Sergio Canales, i think he'd be the cheapest option for us but he has potential to be every bit as good as someone like Cesc. Ideas? Ed what do you think?

Really like the look of this kid, plus if we brought in M'Vila aswell, i really think they could form a formidable partnership in the centre of the park, seeing as both are French internationals.

i am going to contradict myself here guys, but looking back on recent games, we really do need that established centre midfielder. i know i was the first one to go on about egos and team spirit, but we our really lacking in midfield. now i'll be the first one to praise the talent we have coming through, pogba, tunnicliffe, morison, even barmby looks quite impressive for his age, but they are young and inexperienced. we all know i dont rate carrick or anderson. cleverly is good but again inexperience and a team like united shouldn't have to depend on him. giggs legend but getting on, park a winger, its hard to see are grit and determination, our robson, ince, keane. i seriously think we need to address this issue, by loaning or signing someone on a free now. and then in the summer breaking the bank (not stupidly) but signing someone like goetze, martinez, kedira, or even james mcCartney, someone to sure up the midfield. or in the worse case scenario pulling rooney back and playing hernandez and wellbeck. i belive if this is not sorted and we don't get that marquee midfielder like silva, mata, xavi or alonso then we will struggle to win trophies.
