After watching Arsenal vs Liverpool and Chelsea vs West Brom i must say the following:-
1. Nasri was miles ahead of everybody else who started the game in terms on quality. Hope his deal with City has broken down and we can sign him.
2. Liverpool cannot break down the most woeful Arsenal team in a decade until they went down to 10 men. Says a lot about the 100mil worth of players. Suarez was the only bright spark.
3. If Arsenal do not hold on to Nasri or bring in a quality replacement they are in serious danger of dropping out of the top 4. If that happens should be interesting to see what happens with Wilshere. (we can dream can't we?)
4. There is no better time to play Arsenal than this one. Hope SAF sends out an attacking team to rip them to pieces (we have done that quite a few times, but i just can't get enough of Arsene kicking bottles)
5. Our midfield is better than Chelsea's. Time to look at the performances and not the names.

P.S. What is all this "Sneijder not training"? I thought he was so good that he did not need to train and whatever team he was in would automatically be able to beat Barcelona, so why the fuss over olympiacos?

I remember reading that Nasri hadn't snubbed United for City and that he was even prepared to wait a season and go to United on a free next season.
Apparently United hadn't shown any serious interest so Nasri had opted to go to City instead.
Perhaps Fergie got wind of this info and has had a little word with Nasri and has told him to wait a year so we can get him on a free or even for a massively reduced price in January?
Why pay 22m for a player you can get for free in a years time?

united have the money to buy a new player or players. i just belive they dont want to purchase as this money is a massive help to there plans to float on asia market. highter the value of the club they can present in the documents they will write out an send to asia the better chance they have of being able to sell shares at a highter rate thus increasing the net amount they can get from this. its a bold move buy united an the glazers and a smart 1. plus i have also heard that they will increase there hold in asia with new acadamys. this also can be used to increase there net amount in the asian market. at least by jan united should be on the singapore market an selling shares

That was one of the worst displays I've ever seen from Wenger's Arsenal. Truly awful. They could now go to Old Trafford having sold Cesc, Nasri, Bendtner. Frimpong, Song and Gervinho suspended. Koscielny, Diaby, Djourou, Wilshere, Gibbs, Squillaci and Traore injured. Have I missed anyone out?

How aren't Liverpool winning this game? Arsenal are so depleted and they are there for the taking. Shame Liverpool are such a poor team themselves. Now Frimpong is banned for the United clash and Koscielny could struggle to make it back in time, will they have any players left? I have never seen anything like it.

Just watchin Apses V L/Pool and in the half time commentary they are saying Nasri move to City has broken down and may be off, app to do with Agents fee's. Yeah right.
Prediction, Nasri will stay at Arsenal til Jan 12 or Summer then move to Utd which is where he wants to be.

Unfortunately guys what we hvae now is what we will have come the end of transfer window. Lets be honest this Nasri/Sneijder/Modric rumours are to appease us fans. We have already spent our transfer budget and unless we offload Berba, Diouf, Gibson, Kuszak and a couple of youngsters there will be no more money in the pot. Hence the yanks trying to sell 25% of the club on Singapore stock exchange. Still I am reasonably happy with what we got, would of rathered Begovic than De Gea but give him time I suppose altho SAF hasnt got a great record when signing Gks, Leighton, Taibi, Ricardo, Bartez, Bosnich, Carroll and so on. I know people dont really like Begovic but his performance Vrs Chelski last week summed him up will be a top class keeper and still only 24? Feel we need a defensive midfielder what about Tiote if funds become available or even S Parker on load.. Altho Fletcher will be sound once hes fit enough to play. Title yes champs league no chance...
