I am all for David Moyes getting the job etc, but when it comes to buying the players etc, is he a big enough draw, players are after money these days, hence they all end up at City & Chelsea, its a real shame, but we will wait & see who we get, before I start to rant & rave, but it's not looking good from where I'm sitting:)
1.) I think you answered your own question. Players have turned us down to earn more money elsewhere before this summer.
I don't buy the manager being too much of a concern for foreign players that are used to clubs changing their manage every couple of seasons.

Ps of course some players just prefer to play elsewhere, weather, fans of other clubs etc all plays a part.
Never seen him play, another Fergie buy that failed to live up to the hype, or just never used like, Rossi, Pique, Bebe, Diouf & many more.
It is annoying, when United were asking about him, the price was £20 million, then they sell him for £5-6 million.
Man Utd are linked with everyone these days, I still maintain, we have got players lined up if not signed up already, but with it being World Cup year, we are not making any announcements.
I bet or I hope we have deals in place to sign players, Fabregas was a player Moyes wanted, just not what LVG wanted, so while I share your frustration, let's keep the faith.
