It was interesting to hear Amorims comments about the friendly with Fiorentina. He said we struggled without a reference of a striker yet left Hojlund on the bench.
He also left Obi on the bench but it could be an indication that Hojlund is off to Milan.

Maybe I'm reading too much into much into it.

He does not appear to want Or rate Erasmus very highly. He sees him every day. Its hard to disagree with him. Obi is not ready and far from it. He was right to play the players he is more likely to use on Sunday if Sesko is not fit enough. I hope Sesko is ready to start on Sunday. Rasmus off to Milan by the looks of it maybe on loan with a buy option. Rasmus would be crazy to resist it imo.

Clear that Amorim wants him moved on, new striker bought, best for Rasmus to go for the loan, AC Milan who would turn them down?

We now have a new young unproven striker, hopefully he has a better trajectory than Rasmus who plateaued then regressed and never looked the same.

Interesting that we now have 4 No.10 in Bruno, Mount, Cunha and Mbeumo, one true box to box in Mainoo and three DM in Cas, Ugarte and Collyer and possibly Baleba. Surely he should be able to find a decent team in there?

Casemiro needs to leave.

With no Europe, he will be useless in the Orem. His legs are gone. If we can flog him to Saudi for 10 mil I’d bite their hands off.

Unless they do get Baleba or someone like him I think it will be very similar to last season. We will have a more attacking threat, but with no legs in midfield it will be fairly easy for teams to play straight through the middle of the team.

Ugarte, Mainoo and Cas can’t play the role required.

Could also do with some pace at central CB.

Fallguy,

A new GK along with a CB and Baleba or similar would be great.

MH - most definitely would. But I wouldn’t be surprised if the spending has come to an end.

Doesn’t appear to be any high value sales coming anytime soon. Without that I doubt the club could afford much more.

Fallguy, the sales just have to happen before 30th June, there is still time, don't panic.

Fallguy,

I think your right.

It all lies in Garnacho leaving. Chelsea selling Madueke for £55 million and Notts Forest selling Elamga for a similar has set the benchmark for Utd.

Sancho is a greedy B@#£&÷d.

Garnacho will go for 35mil and good riddance, superstar in his own head….
We have more concerning worries than him going.

I don’t overly care about the money. Although it is annoying how poor United are at getting higher values for sales.

Other teams seem to sell players that have never played in the prem for close to £30m.

You just know Chelsea will sign him for £30m and then sell him a year or so later for £70m. You have to admit that Chelsea are the kings at selling players.
