Realistically how many of you would expect us to beat City or Chelsea? I think we will lose to both at the moment. So the question is are the board and fans patient enough to give RA time beyond those games to turn things around or will they be so scared of heavy losses that they ask for him to leave?

Yes, stick. He's the guy, give him time. He needs more players, but the club also has to sell players. Our sales have been tragic, until we make back some money with sales we will find this modern world almost impossible the keep up with. No UCL revenue. No crown jewels to sell. Players sitting on toxic contracts and holding the club to ransome.
I do believe we brought in good players, but we also have a lot of work to do. Left side looks much better with dorgu, cuhna and shaw/ martinez. Not sure we have RWb sorted yet and both midfield positions are unclaimed so far.
Rasmus will go and we still don't have a top top level striker. We have avery promising one who needs to settle and step up- similar to Rasmus himself.
GK, let's just say we need 2 and leave it at that.
We have too many 10s, they will never play, so maybe we can sell someone to generate funds. The squad is a mess. Better players have come in, but the composition is a mess. Maybe we will get an important piece in Jan - not a window we usually focus on.

I fully expect to beat City and Chelsea. That’s the kinda team we are right now.

Personally, I think you guys would do alright against City and Chelsea. Just my observation, your players seem to raise their game when played against the "big" clubs but would coast through games against the smaller ones. Like in the Arsenal game, I honestly thought that you lot were really good and were going to do much better this season but it reverted back to type against Fulham and Grimsby. That's why I think Amorim is frustrated with your players and he alluded to their mentality being all wrong.

It’s United, every loss is a crisis.
We have played three games, one we were excellent but lost, the other we were so-so and drew, the third we were shocking and lost.
We all think we know what’s best and how to fix it, it’s the system, it’s the players, it’s manager, but truthfully no one has a magic wand to resolve all our issues.
Amorim was brought in to solve those issues 12 months ago. He inherited a team with many issues, he has got rid of some of the deadwood, brought in some of his own players. Sometimes it seems to work, sometimes it doesn’t, even Amorim struggles to understand why.
I expect a backlash from the players on the weekend, they should be stung and embarrassed by what happened on Wednesday. Hopefully (as someone, I forgotten who, said on the page on Wednesday) the is what the team needed to kick it into action.

Maybe United just play all number 10s in the team we have enough of them……. And nothing in other areas, crazy way of formulating a team in my view, who builds a team in this manner he had plenty of money but not spent wisely one superior striker was needed first and foremost, then GK then Midfielder strong spine and all needed to be leaders, not shrinking violets
Had to laugh someone on here said previously that’s good Mbuemo turned up to sign contract in a suit…. yeah lovely, that really helped…….
