Hi ed002, hope you are well?

Quick question about Diogo Dalot. Looks like the club are happy to sell him and with Mourinho taking over at Roma, do you see Roma becoming interested in signing him?

Obviously, Mourinho was the manager that brought him to United and you've mentioned in the past he was of interest when Mourinho was at Spurs.

Thanks.

{Ed002's Note - Diogo Dalot (RB/LB) Milan want a cheap deal or another loan if they can but it will depend on Manchester United adding a replacement as cover. Milan have other options they are considering and want an early answer. I expect he will leave in the summer. No interest from Roma who have other plans.}

Smart move by the board to let a player who might be a potential regular Portugal fullback who can play both fullback positions, and is on lower wages and would be a good no2.
Didn't city sign somewhat similar play in cancelo for 2-3 times he's worth?
Our board and their stupid decision making.

rohanarora8, and probably Ole doesn't rate him either.

Maybe it's a lot more fun throwing money around at other clubs and agents to sign their players and then struggle to sell the same players in a few years time.

He is not that good defensively that's why we are selling him. Check out euro 21 semifinal, single handedly gave the other team a chance for a comeback. Made 2 errors leading to goals when in fact he was one of the most experienced player in the squad.

Dalot might be able to play both the fullback positions, but he's average at best at both. I doubt comparing Cancelo with Dalot is fair, as the former is (as much as it hurts me to say) a much better player than Dalot.

Rohan, while Cancelo is fit, Dalot will not be a regular Portugal player.
