Ralf Rangnick prefers Erik ten Hag while majority of the Man Utd squad prefer Pochettino.

so I saw someone tweet this,

for me the manager should fit the profile and structure of where the club want to be and fit the direction of what type of football we want to play.

if some players don't like this then they should be sold.

Based on the way things are at utd at the moment the fact the players want poch would make me look towards a different manager.

What the players want is irrelevant, either for or against any particular candidate.

The club comes up with a plan, a style and a direction. Then they hire the manager who is the best fit for that.

I think this whole Pochettino Vs Ten Hag thing only works to create division. It forces fans to pick a camp then it gives an excuse for those fans who are then disappointed when the other manager gets the job for them to complain. They then lead the charge against the new manager every time a result goes against us.

At the moment it's all speculation about who prefers which manager etc. Until the players and Rangnick come out to say they want this guy or that guy we can't be sure of any of it. It's just media spin/ bull designed to sell papers and get clicks.

Lots of these players will either be gone this summer or in the 12 months after, they aren't the ones who the club should be looking at for guidance on a long term plan.

Then again, our club haven't exactly shown themselves to be particularly clever in making decisions for the future across the last decade.

Despite that, it's looking like Poch is more likely than anyone else.

Players do care who is the manager, would you go to work everyday and give 110% if your boss is a idiot or you don’t like him, it’s the same for a player, it’s a job to them same as your job, OK bit better paid but same principle.

We not over enamoured with Poch at PSG but it’s a thankless task, so he can’t be judged on being here, it’s certainly a bigger job then at Ajax being here so I’m not sure how you compare the two, Poch is more proven in Premier league.

I would go for luis Enrique or if not Simeone, both know how to handle big egos big players and both won things, can both stand up and say this is what I won! Something sadly Poch Ten Haag or RR can’t do, so why go for non winners again.

hole in one, ten hag has won titles with ajax and has experience in the UCL. poch has won the france cup and is about to win the french title.

regardless of what league they are in a title is a title.

poch also took a spurs side yes that's right SPURS to a UCL final.

and didn't do so bad in the prem considering.

we have seen already having "winners" as manager and that failed twice.

Further up the page you said this: "Goals make entertainment, goals win games, goals wins points".

Which strongly suggests that your dissatisfaction with our team is a lack of goals, attacking intent and all round entertainment fans get from watching good, offensive football.

Then you go on to suggest Simeone as a good managerial choice. A man who's style of play in the antithesis of the style of play you say you are longing for.

So which is it? Do you want entertaining offensive football or do you want the style that Simeone plays?

Do you want to now list what Enrique or Simeone have won, you might need a piece of paper not back of a fag packet that you must have just used. Which you could also fit Ralfs achievements on along with Poch and Ten Haag.
