The thing I like most about ETH is that he never moans even after a loss. No blaming referees, VAR, conditions, injuries etc.

He just accepts the shortcomings of his side and himself and plans to move forward to resolve the issues.

If only the club supports him wholeheartedly in the transfer market I am sure we will be the rise of another great Era at old Trafford soon.

{Ed014's Note - you must of missed him moaning about having played an extra game then mate.

He doesn’t moan too much to be fair, unlike Klopp and even pep. Not that they should have too much to complain about.

I sure did Ed.

{Ed014's Note - haha no worries mate ?

He shouldn't be doing it. He just needs to get his act together sometimes. Playing Casemiro mid week or not taking him off before the booking reminded me of Ole a few seasons ago being adamant and refusing to take Fred off. Ultimately he got sent off and we got beat. Casemiro got booked and missed the Arsenal game and we got beat. Not saying that with Casemiro we would have won but it did weaken us. There have been a few such cases in the past as well. Surely EtH is learning and won't be repeating such errors.

I think Arteta is trying to take that mantle Tim.

{Ed014's Note - hence he’s had a few bookings the tit! ?‍♂️?

That was the first and only time I ever heard ETH moan.

I didn't see it Ed so I can't comment. Ten Hag does seem very in control of his emotions though which will keep him in good stead when we hit a bad patch.

I'm all for emotional managers but Arteta is currently on another level. When it's going well its all good, but if the wheels start to wobble and your manager is on the touch line like he has rabies, there's a worry it could transfer onto the players?

{Ed014's Note - he just talked of the extra game mate and Arteta really should have learnt from his outburst at Anfield last season when we had control of the game.

He kicked off at Klopp, the crowd went mental which spurred the team on and we got beat.

It does get frustrating though and I can take him being passionate just be a little more controlled with it but he’s currently surpassing all my expectations of him so I’m cutting him some slack.

It’s a bit like United fans liking Martinez leaving a bit on players in the tackle, you guys love it, I’m not a fan of any player doing it.

50 points at the halfway point is an incredible achievement and he deserves the fans backing. The Emirates was rocking the other night, add the manager and the players being full of confidence, you'll be very tough to beat.

That's the beauty of football Ed, its always great to have a player that gets under the opposing teams skin.

It's nearly the end of January, you can change the month soon on your Bruno calender.

{Ed014's Note - do you actually like Bruno, does anyone like him? ?

United addict he didn’t take Casemiro off against palace because that was the most important game! Concentrate on the one in hand and at that time it was palace! Jesus! If he took Casemiro off and we conceded three you’d be on here moaning he took him off!

I'm not a fan of his histrionics and moaning but when he's on form he's a joy to watch.

Wenger had a few histrionics in his day too, as did fergie. Don’t mind a bit of fire as long as it doesn’t go overboard. Think it might backfire on arteta with the refs so he’d be wise to calm it a bit.

{Ed014's Note - to be fair Tim there’s loads of them that kick off and Arteta’s no better or worse than any of them.

It’s just a thing they do and I don’t worry about it too much. He’ll learn if he gets a red card but I’m hoping not as he’s doing a lot of things right now.

I would take the biggest criticism of your manager being that he is a bit of a twit on the sideline. End of the day if arsenal keep performing like they do, Arsenal fans won't care and if the biggest knock that rival fans have on them is this then it's pretty damn good!
