BELIEVE was the world class one page advert United put into the daily papers on day of Champs League Final in 99.

The United crest and that one simple word in bold beneath it.

Still makes me smile now.

So chin up kids because Halesini is putting his Red and White tinted specs on and is going to have some of the 4/1 on offer for a United victory.

Believe for Manchester united is what you'll never walk alone to Liverpool, with much less history on it, and no song coming from it.

Its kind of a battle cry, made famous in the treble season before the champions league final. The exact circumstances are unknown to me, I was a bit young at the time.

Be, "believe" is what we had in cl tie a against barca a few years back. Scholesy scored the winning goal with a thirty yard thunderbolt.
Some poster mentioned it earlier in the season, and said if we all "believe" then we'll be fine. So here I am "believing"! And I "believe" we will get a draw tomorrow.

Speaking of the scourers, they are very lucky not be down by 2 or 3 goals against villa. Would be great for us if AV can spring an upset. Keeping fingers crossed.
