Did we not win the league in Fergies last year playing ugly. I can't remember a game I last thought Wow that was more like it. It's like every week it feels like Christmas and only let down by family buying more socks and pants. However as its family who you love it's all quickly forgiven and was thought that counts.

1.) Don in SAFs last season we were bad defensivelyand were trailing in a lot of games but always had the spirit to comeback and win the game. Every game had a thrilling finale and our attack was very good.

Am I the only one who thought Fallani was pretty decent today.

Tbf i don't understand how people can criticise him. Last year he came into an unsteadied ship with a manager who was out of his depth not to mention having to get used to the expectations of United and also injuries hindering him . Moyes bought him for a substantial fee to play him in a position where he doesn't really play well. He got a lot of stick due to the price tag

After a dreadful start to his United career he soldiered on bearing in mind LVG was happy to let him go. He has upped his game and is now playing a more suitable role and Is starting to put in some great performances under better management. And he has done it all with our own fans booing and jeering him every step of the way. Deserves a lot more respect and recognition for his performance as of late. Been one of our better players this season! Isn't the answer to all our midfield problems but he has made a difference playing a more box to box than deep defensive mid.

420,

He was booed and jeered by a MINORITY of our 'fans' in one pre season friendly game, the rest of the time I have heard nothing but positive reactions when he has the ball or when he has come off the bench.

He was brilliant today, one of our best players.

3.) I've been a massive critic of Fellaini. I still don't rate him too highly. Credit where it's due though, he has bounced back well. After last season and the criticism he received, he's really responded. A lot of players wouldn't have got through that, so fair play to him for that. But he wasn't brilliant yesterday. Resilient and disciplined yes, brilliant no.I know he laid a peachy pass to Di Maria for Rooney's goal but he also gave the ball away a couple of times in dangerous positions. A less profligate team would of really punished us yesterday. But he is definitely adding something to the team which we've been lacking and that's a bit of physicality. He's got character as well, but I always expect more from him, I don't know why. Still, he thoroughly deserves his place and he does seem to be be fitting in and gelling with his team mates.
