Any one else think United are selling too low, why is Rooney being quoted at 20m? Surely that's nothing for the man, even if he's not been playing well. A happy and determined Wayne is worth 30 at least.
Especially as Chelsea bought Torres for £50m, he was off form and lacking confidence as well.

1.) The supposed offer of 20 million from Chelsea has nothing to do with how much United value Rooney.

8.) Torres was nowhere near the top of his form when he left Liverpool for Chelsea. Torres was arguably the best all-round striker in the world for his first 18 months on Merseyside, but after that his head went down as the club got weaker and weaker on the pitch. Chelsea paid £50m for him because they thought his form had only dipped due to a lack of confidence and because he was unhappy. But his lack of goals and general dip in form has continued.
