think we are in for an interesting 3-4 years with the new breed of superkids coming thru . zaha, januzaj, lingard, keane all playing along with smalling, jones, buttner, the twins at the back. cleverly, carrick(new giggsy) in the middle . and wellbeck, chica and henriqez up front
dont care if we don't buy anyone this season, let's look to the future
1.) 4-5 of that list will not be with utd long term simply not good enough
2.) Nick powell too. i'm hoping he can stay free of injuries and really develop. think he could be a special player for us

3.) Other teams are developing more talented kids. If we do not make it into Champions League next year the financial implications could be very negative. If they really wanted Fabregas I don't know why the didn't offer 40m+ on day one.
4.) Really cleverly? And injury prone smalling and jones.
We need players now not for the future, look at arsenal for the past 5-6 years there kids have been dubbed "its there time this year"
Dont get me wrong of course the youth in very important but we need world class players arpund them to help them progress.

5.) Im a optimist I know, but with DM as the new boss and his "get the job done with zero funds" reputation the glaziers are going to keep the transfer kitty at a minimum
so we got 3 options
1. get behind the boss and the team, last thing we need is negative crowds and don't give the press any chance of printing bxxxxhit

3. SAF come outta retirement

6.) All I would like to see is one player brought in and that would be a cm preferable defensive, someone to break up play and regain possession.
i couldn't care less if we don't strenghten anywhere else, this is the only position that even a blind man could see we're lacking and haven't done anything about it in years.

7.) You'd be happy with one more player? You've got to be joking what about if Carrick gets injured? What are we going to do about our paperback midfield then? We need at least 3-5 players, look at real madrid and bayerns strength in depth with quality everywhere. We are one of the top teams in the world we need to better than them that is the aim.

8.) Yes Coups i'd be happy with one world class mid and by the way things are going one would be better than none. and yes in an ideal world i'd love us to sign 3-5 top notch players but it doesn't look like its going to happen but hope i'm wrong.

evening folks,, well a week or so has past and i'm still sticking with no players in, don't get me wrong a big name signing would be good for the squad but would prob mean WR leaving.
i just think that DM needs a season with this squad to see what he's got and plan for the future, this is a new era for utd, new boss and new staff and if its takes a few seasons for it to all come together, so be it.
on the preseason tour so far --- can't wait to see zaha tearing down that wing giggs stylee --- andan looks very very promising, let's get him a new contract now ------ lingard as well looks very good ( cracking wee chip today for the 5th goal ) ---- keane is looking to be a solid player at the back
some folks would say its been a so-so tour, but these far east tours are more for the 100+ million fans out there than some meaningless fake cup tour.
and on possible trophies this coming season, I think we will have to serious here and say 3rd after city/chealski, a good chance with one of the cups and I honestly think a decent CL run, defo outta the group stage

1.) The tour was great for us in a way that most matches were played in over 80% humidity which means that it would have got the players in great shape.
Regardless of signings United will always carry a winning mentality that other clubs just can't buy. I'm feeling confident no matter what!

thats the spirit genius , are you even a utd fan or just one of these fake glory hunting wannabes. who knows if DM is going to be another SAF, do your bit son and get behind the new boss

CL is a higher level of football than EPL, I think we will do well to get past the last 16 stage with effectively the same squad as last season.
Other teams have made big improvements, such as PSG. although it may take them another season before they become a real CL force.
Be optimistic about our team but don't pull wool over your eyes. We are not in the top tier of European teams who currently have a genuine chance of winning the CL next season

no doubt some players will be signed
with the Davie and everton link - baines and fellaini = 80-100-%
with garay 50/50, never been any proper truth to him signing
with the equalizer flying back - fagregas 50%. modric75%. ronnie7%. sort wayne out100%
we won't be doing any huge signings this time, apart from the pair from EFC I don't think we need to, sort WR out, new contract for nani = a burst in form I bet you! he has got it
think zaha and adnan should defo get a good spell in 1st team, certainly on the bench at least
dont think anyone will be sold, if we get baines he would compete with evra, who could always play further up, fellaini would easly slot in DM, M,

1.) Depends whether you want a nice boozer with not much atmosphere or a complete sh*t hole that will be rocking before the game. I know which my mrs would want, that's why she goes clothes shopping on a saturday instead :-)
