If the prosecutions claims about Maguire are true, his position as captain is untenable.

Using his status as captain in an attempt to bribe a police officer. Not a good look.

If he's stripped, Bruno is the best shout. Hasn't been here long but is a leader.

These are claims that the prosecution made in court backed by the three arresting officers. It’s what the prosecution is claiming he has done, not a newspaper rumour.
