Lots of talk about resting players tonight, not sure I trust some of the squad players to step up. Big game at the weekend so we probably do need ot rotate but I hope it’s only 1 or 2. I’d give AWB a rest, possible Bruno and Rashford again but beyond that I’d go strong.

The Europa is coming and there will be plenty of time to involve others and give people a rest, right now we just need to keep picking up 3 points.

Interesting to see how up we are for it, as Kenneth says, City showed how it’s done last night, with other teams playing each other a win gives us a great platform.

Rotation is a fine balancing act. If you don't do it enough then you burn out your players. However, if you try to change too much then you lose team chemistry and cohesion. Running the risk of surprise loses.

Ordinarily I'm not a huge fan of making big changes to a defence, yet Telles needs some game time and rest Shaw could be prudent. Lindelof is still carrying a back injury, so it makes sense to rest him if we can. While AWB has played nearly every game, so surely he needs a rest.

I don't think this is the kind of game where we will need Fred, Matic should come in to add some control. Give Donny some more game time as well.

Rashford and Bruno need resting most out of our more attacking players.

Could maybe see:

DDG, Tuanzebe, Bailly, Maguire, Telles, Matic, Pogba, Greenwood, Donny, James, Martial.

I would deffinetly rest Rashford.

Was it about this time last year he was plaything with broken back bones, and was looking to miss the last 3 months before lock down.

I wouldn't take a chance with rash, apart from that not to many changes for me .

Bruno won't be rested after starting on the bench last match.
Rashy needs a rest and so does AWB and Shaw.
Tuanzebe at RB and Telles at LB.
Bailly at CB.
I'd love Diallo on the bench.

Diallo is interesting, I think we will see him at some point relatively soon.

I’m ok with rotating the defence, it’s the middle and forwards where we need to be careful not to make too many changes.

Cavani and Greenwood should start. Martial or Rashford. Matic is a good shout, then probably Scott and Pogba.

I'd be saving Cavani for Saturday. He could have a field day against Arsenal's defenders.
