Whilst not actively involved in the protests myself (although I sometimes join them to facilitate an easier walk towards the stadium! ) I do believe they have contributed, slightly, to the decision from the glazers to explore sale opportunities more seriously.

Protests at the ground and online are impacting the share price, and that could impact the glazers. All they care about is money. Anyone who backs them to enable them to stay will have a rough time from a lot of angry people.

If Ratcliffe succeeds and the Glazers remain involved then Ratcliffe doesn’t understand the supporters at all. Ratcliffe out would start from the beginning plus Glazers out. I want to induct new support in young family members but don’t want to spend and give either Glazers or Ratcliffe the rat one penny. No to RATcliffe.
