If Rooney doesn't want to play for Manchester United anymore and has his heart set on leaving he needs to be sold straight away!
David M will only sell if a better replacement is going to come in, He may even already have someone who knows. It will be either Robert Lew, Bale of Ronaldo and no one else that is the bottom line.
So if tomorrow or by the end of the week on tv is announced that Rooney is leaving be sure a bid for the mentioned 3 will be in place for next week.
Would love to see Rooney go and play elsewhere and regret it and someone come in that wants to be proud and love wearing the UTD shirt

1.) Just my opinion but I think it will be up to Rooney
If he wants to stay I think he will get a new contract if he wants to go he will be sold.
United have said he's not for sale but Rooneys still hasn't come out to say he doesn't want to leave.
I think we will find out soon enough

I'd actually prefer him to leave, fitness and form over the last 18mon have been poor. Two transfer requests are an insult to us as fan's and our great club!

Januzaj is a super talent, but he's not ready to replace Rooney.
Re the second transfer request, if its true, why don't united show us the request and then we'll all believe it. Truth is, he did not hand in a second transfer request, and saf was just being saf by trying to get back at Rooney. I'm afraid though, it has backfired on the club and now we are going to see one of the best players in the world leave our club.

5.) There will be an offer on the table for Rooney from MU now, but it will be for less than him and his agent wants. If we agreed to pay him what he and his agent wants he would sign today, but I get the feeling MU are more than happy to sell him if it's for the right price and dependent on our targets. How do you even make the statement that he is one of the best players in the world, does the transfer numbers being mentioned back this up.

Why is Chelsea willing to pay 45 million for Cavani and still can't get a deal and people are saying 20 million for Rooney. Are you a better judge than the professional scouts that do this for a living. Do you honestly think we would hesitate to sell if a 30 million offer came in?

Look at Kaka, Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Henry, Owen etc etc and how they went from unbelievable to average in such a short time span, The reality is they get older and they lose their special magic and that is life.

How does the best in the world score 12 goals in a team that scored close to 90 or whatever the number was.
