*Call me cynical but I never quite trust a players ability when they are described as "the new. . .". Be interesting to see how good this kid really is. I just hope that, with all these 15-16 year olds joining, SAF doesn't hold them back in the reserves until they're 19. A taste of first team football never hurt anybody. On which note, Pogba to play next week against Crawley. .if ever there was an opportunity to blood the lad then that is it.

I think that the person who posted the story about Juan Iturbe has got it spot on. i think the club will pay will over the odds for him half of which will go to the club and half will go to agents and then into off shore bank accounts to be accessed by certain Managers and their ex Portugese assistants. What does anyone know about this new Kid we are getting from Anderlecht. is he that good and at 16 how long will it be before we see him. There is certainly a big buzz about him and he is going to be on a reported £120,000 a year which is not bad for a kid his age so Fergie must rate him or be special friends with his agent. @I'm not going to get too excited about this Qatar stuff until something concrete happens. It started when reports suggested we had a £1.35bn offer knocked back in November, then it was £1.5bn that was apparently knocked back around Christmas time, now a bid of 1.6bn has supposedly gone in. We know from when the Red Knights attempted to buy United that £1.8bn was the mentioned price that the Glazers wanted, the Red Knights made it clear that they would not pay anywhere near this price.

So if reports are correct and it's at £1.6bn now, then we are not too far away from being taken over. The question is though, are Qatar bidding? If they are bidding then it's a matter of when, not if. Problem is, we cannot be sure there have been any bids.

Whats the bet Very Messi returns again in the next hour? Rainfish what do you make of this Iturbe rumour? With Jorge Mendes, United (SAF) & Porto the parties involved, shouldn't the deal be a certainty?

No, he has signed for Porto he just can't go there yet due to some legality, the rest is either rubbish or for a few years down the line when he has proved himself in Europe.does anybody here read all the article or just the headlines

Will someone explain to that idiot Lionel Blaire Maine that this is not some stupid Liverpool site. He reads something in a paper and then posts it on here. Everyman and his dog has seen the Qatar rumours for months now. Obviously someone is fishing either to buy the club or to sell the club at a high price. But this charmless clown Blaire Maine comes on here trying to tell us he told us all about it. Why this sad little individual feels the need to come on our site and bother us is beyond me but I did take a look on the Liverpool site and saw that he is more unpopular on that site than he is on ours. I wonder what his next piece of news is for us, Gary Neville to retire? RAINFISHTROMBONE

I feel the report from the express about the sale of united to qatar holdings holds some substance. Bear in mind that Glazer has moved united's dealings over to delaware where it is all secretive and also the PIKs have been paid back. All points to the fact that the Glazers are putting things together for a sale of the club.

If this deal does come off, I do not expect us to lavishly spend on players in the same way that city and chelsea do. SAF only buys what he requires and not just for the sake of it!

I can see us finally sorting our midfield out with the extra 90m we would have to potentially spend (45m we are allowed to overspend if the owners cover + 45m interest on existing debts (bonds) which are excluded from the FFP and can be covered by the owners as well). Can't see us buying more then 1 established midfield maestro.

And on top I can see us finally getting serious about expanding Old Trafford.

I don't really want us to outspend anybody, unless Ronaldo or Messi are available.
Just stay within our means

They get the truth right about "personal" issues etc. in our country. eg. rooney, terry etc. But they need to start getting the Real important things right. They simply fire a shot in the dark, take a gamble and see if it hits. This isn't good journalism for me.No clear sources whatsoever and most of the things are untrue. Feels like reading a fiction book.

One writes something and others copy it, like you said to fill space and to make a few quid when they could actually have put in something good.

I don't know what space they needed to fill in today! So much to write about the derby, yet they write about Qatar. I hope its true, but i am afraid its just the usual sh!te journalism we so often get.

I don't know, why I think Sanchez won't be able to do well here in EPL. Jovetic would be better. .
but we need attacking midfielder. I would love to see Ganso coming to united. .if we can't get him, then Goetze or Kagawa can be preferred.
