Front page of the Mail tomorrow will claim Littlepool have offered £22m for Phil Jones - That's why Blackburn are kicking for and increased offer from us.

Venky boys have no idea how this business works and Utd remain v. confident the deal is cast in stone. With any luck we'll complete this move and leave the scousers to concentrate on landing the likes of Adam, etc. We'll concentrate on Sneijder and Sanchez.

I have heard that Nani wants to go to Inter although they don't want him, they want Nasri (To replace Sneijder) and Juve want Nani, but he doesn't fancy the move to Turin. If we can offload Nani to Juve we'll have the cash to land Sneijder but we'll have to leave Nasri to Inter - Sounds good to me!! I don't really believe the Arse would sell to us regardless.

Last story, don't be surprised to see Jack Collison being subject of Utd interest for the squad. Lots of potential and may be available for £5-6m.

man utd should be quick to sign players. Manchester United should tie up the deal of sanchez as quickly as can they before city are ready to make a very bid offer for the club that convinces the to sell. we should be careful that we should sugn modric bfore the inteest from city and chelsea grow up. but i have the feeling that we should be a new generation in the next years.

this summer we should sign:
de gea, nasr, young, erick 'el cubo' torres, jones and more power of youth players.

The back page of tomorrow's Sunday Mail makes for interesting viewing - it basically says Man United's bid for Phil Jones is in tatters and that Liverpool have stepped in with a £22million offer.

Apparently Nasris agent on twitter has claimed that he has rejected the latest offer from Arsenal and has told them he wants to leave! Expect a statement tommorow morning from Arsenal! Can anyone confirm this? {Ed012's Note - I'm pretty sure Nasri's agent isn't on Twitter- your talking about the same twitter account that said there was an announcement at 9 the other day aren't you- which was a made up account)

The Sun on friday claimed United had spent £55m. £18.5 on Dea Gea, £20m on Young and £16m on Jones... However, none of these players have put pen to paper yet.

De Gea can't because of the rule about not signing players from abroad until july 1st.

Young cancelled his wedding and has gone on holiday for a week so we won't hear anything about Young for atleast another week or so.

Jones I honestly can't see him being a United player next season. The deal has stalled because Blackburn have turned round and said they want £25m for him. SAF is not stupid... He won't pay that amount of money for someone who isn't even first team player at Blackburn.

everyone is posting what they hope will happen, which is nasri, sanchez, young. this is not going to happen we already have nani and valencia two good wingers. unfortunately SAF has gone and got the worst out of all the three.
berbatov and carrick to leave which will leave money for about 20 and 10 mil respectively to give sir alex a bit of spending money for a centre mid - not modric too expensive for what he is will likely be hamsik.

If we are going to sign anyone from tottenham, why not Bale? he'd cost a fair bit but he's a far better player than young. Then tottenham would want to keep Modric and we could get the cheaper option of Nasri. Just a thought...

I know more people have been warming to the idea but there are still a lot of United fans that oppose us signing Young. However, if you think about it left wingers is probably the weakest position at the moment at least in European football. There are tons of super right wingers but when it comes to the left there are very few excellent left footed ones. This therefore makes Young a lot better than it actually seems he is and in fact quite good value for money.

according to very reliable spanish paper marca, cesc fabregas is top priority for barcelona this summer, then rossi and sanchez are secondary targets. but yet according to their quoted "budget of 45m" they should only be able to afford one of them, even with sales? thoughts? {Ed012's Note - Marca is the equivalent of the sun- not very reliable)

Just been speaking to someone inside club the word is Nani is going to Inter Milan straight cash deal because he has told Ferguson that he wants to play in italy and Young will be his Replacement and then utd will use Nani money to buy Sanchez from Udinese he told me last night that Ferguson rang Sanchez last night to ask him to hold on little longer because the player is ready to accept Barcelona offer because he tired of waiting for utd to bid as i said before the player would rather join us but is getting fed up waiting for utd he wants his move sort out. Prior to typing this rumour, as you do, I had a quick read through the previous 10 - 15 rumours, and instead of picking up some good rumour info I actually found myself in fits of laughter at some of the ludicrous rumours posted! C'mon guys please don't spoil this excellent site!!! My favourite 3 would have to be the Torres to united, the emirates neighbour and the ronaldo not appearing in the adidas ad!
Anyway, told last night that varane transfer is off, however he will be closely monitored by the scouting network next season, and if his performances approve he'll be signed next summer. Also told that Nasri rumour has been slightly blown out of proportion by the media, although there is interest by united it's nothing more than that at his stage as he's a plan B.
