Ed i'd imagine your mostly referring to the war and stuff that went on over there?

I'd have thought that things would have calmed down a bit, i mean they did both co-host a world only 8 years ago so buying a few United duvets featuring Park and Honda really shouldn't be a problem would it?

I get where you are coming from regards the money to be made from merhcandising, but someone on here did make the point that some players earn a lot more than others and used Park as an example. i honestly think over a 5 yera eal, Honda would pretty much pay for himself.

Interesting to hear about van der Wiel. I wouldn't have thought we would have been interested as i think it would hamper Rafael's development.

I'm not really expecting anything in January. Lindegaard is already done. Maybe Cleverly or Welbeck back off loan. I think if certain players like Anderson/ Carrick etc can keep their form and maybe go up a gear or two then i don't think anything would happen, unless some other 3rd club made a bid for one of our targets. This is why i think at the moment there are so many names flying out there just to muddy the waters nicely.

I thin Honda wouldn't cost an excessive amount, say £12-15 million at most, which could be recouped from the Japanese market fairly rapidly, especially if we had a tour over there. A smart marketing man (and i believe we do have some at the club, just look at how the sponorships have bene coming in) would team up Park and Honda for a load of joint merchandise stuff, that way fans in both Korea and Japan would be buying, Loadsa money lol.

But as we both said the club don't seem interested and i can see him ending up somewhere like Milan. Which would be a shame as its a dire league, i find it shocking to see how much its declined over the last 15 years.

I think preety much its all speculation anyway, we can go round in circles till January 31st debating who will be moving and where. i think we could be in for a surprise or 2.

Defour possibly. Think the boss might want some British steel in there though to compliment the foreign flair.

I'd like Honda as he looks a good player and from the marketing sense wouldn't cost a penny but i don't think he's on Fergies radar.

Not really a rumour as such just what id like to happen.
Charlie adam would be a great squad player in my opinion + I would imagine he would cost around 4-5m?bargain in my eyes and I think hes only about 24 aswell
