Ed002 is it right that Honda is a free agent this summer? If not what sort of price would you be looking at? {Ed002's Note - No, he will be a free agent in January and can sign a pre-contract now. He could of course be sold know with a number of clubs having already having discussions over the player - notably and what looks like his most probable destination right now, Milan.}

I've always been a massive fan of Honda, watching the game now he has enough skill for the PL definitely! Can't see us going in for him though because he plays a similar position to Kagawa! His set pieces are terrific though too. Interesting to see where he ends up.

Ozwald {Ed002's Note - Liverpool were very interested at one time but may have blown their chance of Honda in January 2011 when he was available for about £8M. During the mid-season in Russia, Wolfsburg and Juventus were interested in Honda but the player said he wanted to move to Spain and the 25M euro asking price put them off. Last summer we saw enquiries for the player have been from Lazio, PSG, Sevilla and Palermo. It seems to be the longest running of the Liverpool (and Arsenal) related "rumours". Honda was close to leaving last summer with a move to Lazio only failing at the last minute and I understand that Lazio would still be interested at the right price. He has had a bit of a strange season in that he has been scoring goals but his performances have been criticised - which seems to have put off Dortmund who have taken a recent look. Valencia have shown interest recently and would like to have him sign a pre-contract in the summer (as he becomes a free agent in January) but I imagine the player will wish to see what options are available. I am told that interest also remains from Fulham, Everton and what looks like his most probable destination right now, Milan.}

Got good engine on him!

I remember the whole saga with Lazio and it falling apart on transfer deadline day. He deserves to be playing at a top club somewhere in europe. I recently saw reports about him replacing Boteang at Milan but I wasn't sure how true they are.

A lot of teams will be closely watching i'm sure but if there was/is interest from Everton could that mean David Moyes has an interest in the player he spoke about good business in the transfer market being a key point on what managers are judged on so could be good business if he's going free. Who knows!

Thanks for the info ed002!

Ozwald {Ed002's Note - You are welcome - it is nice to have a reasonable question.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Thanks ed:) always appreciated, if he's out of contract in January I think around 10m would enough and a good buy, can't it though. {Ed002's Note - If he is interested in giving up a signing on fee, perhaps.}

Ed002 do you have any idea about where Rooney will be playing his football next season?

Thanks a lot {Ed002's Note - Right now Manchester United seems the most likely.}

Believable35 Unbelievable15

Its been said that he was seen getting out of a black merc yesterday at emirates, there's a story about it on sportsmole.

Isco showing his class again. I'd prefer him to Thiago (although wouldn't feel too hard done by with the latter). Such a shame we won't go all out for him. Grah#m Hunt#r says if he goes city, he fully expects him to be their player of the season come next may. Bold statement! {Ed002's Note - It is a case where GH may well be right, regardless of the interest from elsewhere.}

Believable18 Unbelievable6

O well, now for the Veratti/Strootman show. Veratti is another cracker I'd love! But like Strootman too!

with Cavani's father saying he is going to Madrid for big money, Madrid must be selling someone to raise the capital, maybe Ronaldo is leaving them?

Believable11 Unbelievable27

Cant see Chelsea or City paying Nywhere near what Napoli want for Cavani I do think he will end up at madrid. Red91

{Ed004's Note - http://www.player-profiles.co.uk/eziquiel-garay.php ... I would recommend people have a read of this profile by Ed 30 he has taken his time to watch Garay and create a report on him after a few requests from United supporters.}

My reliable sources tells me that Ronaldo to Manchester United is a done deal

Believable47 Unbelievable38

What are your unreliable sources telling you?

Agree0 Disagree0

Iv had more reliable "Sauces" in my cupboard!, he's playing hardball to get better contract at Madrid, nothing more, get over it.

Charla

Agree1 Disagree0

From your mouth to God's ears.

Please let it be true

Agree1 Disagree0

I'd love this to be true and there's no smoke without fire, but I can't see United paying so much for a player that age. Even Ronaldo.

Matt

Agree2 Disagree0

I assume you have then put money on this or purchased a United shirt with his name on the back since its a done deal

Melwing28

Agree0 Disagree0

Well apparently Moyes has only 60million to spend, so I think our new signings will people we have never heard off and a waste of time in my eyes. rock the red

Agree1 Disagree0

My source says he will sign a new contract with Madrid!

Agree0 Disagree1

Strootman, thiago, baines 60million well spent {Ed004's Note - I reckon you could get them for quite a lot less}

Agree0 Disagree0

If it's true, very generous of the Glazers to make a sum of money available which is a) pretty much the same as is quoted each year and b) nowhere near enough to buy someone like Ronaldo or Bale. {Ed004's Note - Well if Rooney, Nani, Anderson, Evra and possibly Young are sold then there is a lot of money there including sales. Though I can not see that many changes}

Agree0 Disagree0

Give Young away!

Eds, a couple of sites saying Chelsea have begun talks with Robert Lewandoski after being priced out of a Cavani move with some even claiming a fee has been agreed in principle?
Is our interest still present and our we (or any other club other than Bayern) close to agreeing a deal? {Ed002's Note - Manchester United remain interested in RL.}

Believable15 Unbelievable9

Moyes first signing?

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed002 in your opinion who who do you think will end up signing LD? Thanks. T45 {Ed002's Note - Leandro Damiao has complex ownership issues so it will not be an easy ride for any potential buyer that wants to negotiate a low fee. The player still says wants to move to Chelsea but their interest would only be there if other targets were not achievable, but they have taken a look at him. There was been some interest shown by Dortmund earlier in the year and they went as far as speaking to Internacional about the player but they have moved their attention elsewhere now. Right now Napoli is continuing to show the most interest and it is a destination that, I understand, would be agreeable to the player - but they are not happy with the asking price. l'OM remains very interested but the price being asked is too high for Marseille - although the club is looking to see if perhaps something could still be negotiated - but it will be tough for Marseille to complete a deal. This leaves Spurs well placed to look for a deal should they continue with their interest.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Where do you believe Lewandowski will end up playing next season Ed002? {Ed002's Note - I really don't want to speculate.}

Agree0 Disagree0

I only want your opinion Ed.
