If Goetze went to Real Madrid next season, surely one of Ozil or Canales will become available? We contacted Ozil in the summer. Real Madrid did not stop us contacting him. We were allowed to speak to his agent. Is Ozil really happy at Madrid? I would pay top dollar for him. Why do I get the feeling I am pulling at straws?

Doubt it Di Maria is the likeliest attacking player to leave Madrid at the end of the season!

I've heard that Ozil doesn't get on with some of the ego's in the dressing room (mention no names)

As for Di Maria, he was el presidente's choice of purchase so doubt he will be going just yet. {Ed004's Note - Not if Manchester City have their way}

Agree0 Disagree0

Not really there are issues with him,Ozil's the player they have that can change games,So suprised Sahin has not had a big part to play i hope he does not ruin his career by a move there,Man city want Di Maria if any deal for Tevez can be agreed with a straight swap however Madrid have only offered Khedira at the moment,also you can dd Chelsea to this equation as they have followed Di Maria closely and was a target for them this summer

True but i'd expect a clear out of fringe players first from Madrid, Canales, Granero etc etc, probably one of Sahin or Khedira maybe?

Agree0 Disagree0

Sahin won't leave, he hasnt played because he has had knee surgery. He will play regularly when he is fit.

Agree0 Disagree0

Khedira is likely to leave, madrid are trying to lose gago and granero, i think gago is at Roma on loan.

Agree0 Disagree0

I'd prefer if we got Goetze

Really looking forward to the Manchester derby. I hope Cleverley is fit for the game. The serbanator is back, it should be a cracker. Also the fact that city have gone top will add to the incentive. I expect a high scoring United win. Hope to see Cleverley and Jones partner in midfield.

Also with Dortmund's poor form in Europe, it is a very real possibility that they might not qualify for the next stage of the CL, maybe not even go into the Europa League! So should be interesting to see if we go for Goetze in January. The money is there, SAF very clearly wants a midfielder, we should at least try and get him in. Or maybe SAF will go after Barkley.

What do you think Ed?

REDFAITH {Ed002's Note - I don't see Dortmund being willing to sell Goetze in January - he may be available in the summer and he will certainly be a target for a couple of Italian sides.}

Believable7 Unbelievable4

Would he be interested in Italy though? Its not the league it used to be? Ok theirs the lifestyle but you'd think Spain would be ahead of italy over all. {Ed002's Note - I really don't know what he thinks about either country.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Goetze would be a great talent to add to our squad. I don't think he'll become available in january maybe in the summer.

I don't know about everyone else but I'm getting frustrated with Anderson.

He has the ability to be a great player with his pace and skill he has but would I be right to say he tries to hard? His runs into trouble all the time and the power he puts behind his passes is too much. He gives the ball away too much because of this.

Goetze and Cleverley in midfield doesn't sound bad at all.

As for sunday... looking forward to it. Gonna be a cracker for sure!

Agree0 Disagree0

Getting frustrated with Anderson, has is and always will be frustrating in my opinion. He has the skills but doesn't have the footballing brain to go with it

Have'nt posted for a while. A friend of mine (agent)in the know has told me that currently Tottenham are the favourites to sign Kovacic (one of the young lads at Sparta).
United as far as he knows are interested though, but clubs like Sparta, like Italian clubs can be very difficult to deal with as the owners have invested interest in the players.
Someone posted about Mick Doherty joining chelsea's scouting system. Absolutely spot on with the Barkley link being because of that. Doherty has brought Chelsea to the attention of a few Argentinian lads (about 4 or 5). One of them being Lucas Ocampos, which was in the papers over the weekend.
No United news at the mo I'm afraid.

Well cheers for posting no united news on a united rumour website only things you've read or someone else has said ! Ed's ...... With all the rumours about us getting an attacking midfielder . ( we all know about the names being bantered about over thesummer ) do you not think that with cleverly looking top draw we should focus on getting someone solid like shweinsteiger ?

Ed002 - Good morning Ed, did you watch the Marseille/Arsenal game whilst in Marseille last night? Did you find out a little more about Pogba and the "associate" of Gael Mahe?

Sydney! {Ed002's Note - I did go to the game last night but know nothing more about the Pogba situation than we discussed. The question was raised about whether or not the lad would be in the first team if he were available to Marseille. I doubt that there is any more to the story. The same question was also raised with another Ligue 1 - which I may have mentioned.}

Believable3 Unbelievable0

Ed002 - I thought you might have been in one of those posh Marseille boxes, sipping ya Champers. You refused to name the other club, but it's not important, I think our midfield is so empty that Pogba's best chance is here are United. Unless he wants to move back to France of course.

Sydney! {Ed002's Note - I was comfortable for the game and treated very well by Marseille - although it got real cold later on. I suspect much of what has happened with Pogba is to seek leverage. I don't see Manchester United wanting to sell him as he is clearly very talented but equally I don't suppose the club want to be screwed around by a youngster who may not be getting the best of advice.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed002 - I read that Pogba was changing agents. So is this a case of Gael Mahe trying to sort something while he is still his client, until the contract expires, so that he can pocket some cash before his contract is up with Pogba? With Pogba changing agents, perhaps he has listened to advice from the club and ditched Mahe? What do you think Ed? Just your opinion of course?

Sydney! {Ed002's Note - It is nothing to do with Gael Mahe at all.}
