I don't think Mourinho will leave.

If he does leave (which he wont madrid are 7 points clear of barca) i think he may go to arsenal as they are the only top 4 team who could possibly be without a manager at the end of the season.

Really not sure how much truth there is in this rumour but i always wanted him as the next United manager so really hope their is no fountain to the story and especially not to City.

Or He will replace SAF not at the end of this season but on the following
Agree0

I have said all along that Jose will leave in the summer, I think he will end up replacing AVB. I think Chelsea are the more likely out of us, Liverpool, City, Arsenal or Spurs. He may take a massive pay job at Anzhi or a national team for two years and then hope for the United job when SAF retires, but I think if he wants an English job in the summer it will be back at Chelsea.

He will never be given the opportunity to return to Chelsea. Abramovich sacked him and would not tolerate the loss of face in re- employing him. Short memories some people have !

Mourinho will leave madrid if they win the league and have a year out then join united at the begginng of the 2013/2014 season. Cant wait to have a manager with a modern vision of teh game and a personality that can attract the biggets stars
Agree0
Disagree0
What about spurs?
rumours have it old harry is getting ready to take the england job, so i think you could have arsenal (although i see it unlikely), tottenham, and then maybe city/chelsea if owners of those get annoyed at lack of trophies
but who knows i dont think mourinho wants out of real, was his goal not to win the CL with 3rd team and conquer spain?
looks like the league is theirs to lose, but i think he'll stay on another year to try and win the CL (unless they sumhow win it this year?)

Dutch football expert Marcel van der Kraan has revealed that (sorry) sneijder wants out of inter.
says he doesnt get on with the coach and is sick of being played out of position
he says sneijder knows there is a place for him at man united and when he asked him if there was still time for a transfer ,sneijder replied "my transfer from ajax to madrid only took 8hrs from madrid to inter was only 4hrs"

Jesus wept GIVE IT UP wes won't be coming to united....where would he fit in? He plays in Rodney's number 10 position he is NOT the panacea that everyone thought he would be at united and he has played 6 games since august

Not going to sort out his wage demands in any amount of time let alone 4 or 8 hours!
Going to have to wait untill summer for the 'sneijder' we have all been hoping for!

Never say never, sneijder can play the no. 10 position, doesn't mean he would play there with united if we got him.he would not hinder Rooneys position at all.sneijder would play in front of dm like what Giggs does when he plays in the middle, but would be more effective going forward.he would more than likely set up more goals or opportunities for Rooney and Chico/welbeck etc...he would be perfect for Utd...

If we bought sneijder i think we would play 442 diamond and have sneijder in AM with Rooney and Chicharito/Welbeck infront of him

Never gonna happen! EVER!
Agree0

If we were to play a 442 diamond it would be great attacking football but we would need a world class DM as well which we dont have i just dont think the balance would be right! We need a good Creative MF who plays a bit deeper than Sneijder! Modric ideal but too expensive, it's a mystery to anyone who he's gonna sign!

Well Imo long term we need to go 4.3.3 anyway.......I am fed up with hearing about him BUT he would work in a 4-4-3..

Sneijder won't be joining United, get over it everyone. The days of United spending £30 plus million on one player are over get used to it, I have. We're three points behind City who have spent 200 million in two years. We have a young squad that will be lethal in two seasons. It's all about youth now. Sneijder will always try to make himself available to United as we've tried to sign him twice but it will never happen now, last summer was last chance saloon for him to join and he f***** it up by being way to greedy.

Today was a lesson for all the fans who felt it would be acceptable to sell Nani and Rooney this summer. They are the main attacking threat in our side, and without them today, we looked toothless (bar Valencia).

Gotta agree. Without Rooney and nani we were seriously lacking ideas other than Valencia who had a great game. It was good to see scholesy playing the ball around well and we did miss him when he went off.... but this surely is only a temporary measure with scholes. we need cleverley back at his early season form NOW!!

Am actually disappointed that he didn't work out. Isn't Utd quality but I hoped with hard work and improvement he might have contributed to the team in some shape or form. Just wish him all the best in his career as long as its not at our expense.

'Wilbur'
I agree, Diouf will be a success in a lower league and team and he will be prolific. We only paid £2m for him so we haven't lost a fortune on him, especially as he was on very low wages too. It is looking like United are accepting offers for all of the deadwood now, we need to clear the way for the next clutch of youth players. We also need to trim the squad if we are going to add to the squad or promote the youth.

Hello EDs,
United need a keeper, they need him badly and they need him NOW. If they don`t get one, they won`t win any trophy this season not to metion EPL title. Well, they can only win EPL or EL now. Are they going to buy a keeper or not because De Gea is one of the worst keepers in the EPL?

Your mini rant is a joke. DeGea is a good keeper. He's come from a foreign league, thrown in at the deep end and has to aclimatise to how the English clubs play. He makes some amazing saves, and has a few miss adventures, But give him a run of games, let him get a feel for how it's done, and he will be amazing. Don't forget he is young too! 4-5 matches consistent and he'll be as good as most keepers in England

I still don't understand what these so called supporters want?
If united don't find a vds or schmeichel replacement, they won't be happy! De gea is an exceptional keeper!!
I'm so sorry he hasn't adjusted to the physical nature of the PL from day 1. But that's wat we have Lindegaard for! In time I believe that de gea will be the best keeper of his generation!!
He has all the attributes u need in a keeper. He is lanky(tall, like slap chip crouch), agile, has quick refexes and has an amazing vision for ball distribution(something that vds only aquired towards the latter stages of his career!) Let him put on a bit of weight n get used to the physicality of the premier league n he will be a world clad keeper. Mark my words!!

Is anybody else getting sick of hearing "pogba should be playing" it's every day
he will get a game when fergy thinks he is ready , if his not getting a game with the injury list we have or a start in the cc I would of thought that maybe fergy doesn't think he is ready.
United have a few problems at the moment and fergy obviously doesn't think pogba is the answear.
People seem to be pinning all there hopes on a young lad who has only played a few minutes of first team football , who might not even be at the club in 6 month
pogba could be a great player for us in 2/3 years but we can't wait that long , once the injuries are over we have a strong first 11 add 2/3 real quality signings and it could be great

What is the point of having youth players if they aren't played?
It annoys me that we persist with players who are past their best. I'm not saying that I don't rate scholes or giggs, I do, they can do a job.
But moving forward they aren't the answer. It shows our lack of ambition in the transfer market and in promoting players.
I'm certain that pogba can do a job!

Did anyone else notice that the moment Scholes came off, we went on to the back foot? Giggs was awful... Again, as was Park, the rest wasn't too bad. I think Pogba should have come on for Giggs instead of taking Scholes off.

I think we dominated the game but with little sense of urgency or cutting edge. Liverpool are not a great team and our limitations made it seem we were playing for a draw at times. An advert for investment in a few key players again!
Agree0

I cannot see what SAF still sees in Giggs, he was once one of the players in the world. That time has gone, it's time to give way to the Pogbas and the Morrisons.
On another note, Scholes was magnificent today, he was easily my man of the match.

We can rely on Scholes game in game out, he's just come out of retirement. It is a bi product of us lacking in midfield. Yes it is becoming a cliche dragging the midfield problems but they're so impotent, especially without Rooney.

What was wrong with De Gea? There is seriously a witch hunt out for him and if you think he is a bad keeper you need to go and learn about football.

Welsh Dragon,
If its doing him a disservice calling him a bad keeper then let's put it a different way. We cannot afford to have him in the nets this season. He has now cost us too many games. I have yet to see him deal with a cross convincingly and in English football that will cost us time after time.

Welsh dragon,
are you being serious? De gea is awful and I personally dont think hes going to get much better.its all very well pulling off the odd decent save but his handling, decision making, positioning,in fact everything,is terrible for a top goalkeeper.he seems to have no confidence whatsoever and has not one but three or four mistakes in him every time he plays.

De gea has come from the Spanish league, there is an awful.lot of protection for keepers in that league in comparison to the premier league does no one remember reina when he first came over? I really wish people would stop jumping on De Geas back constantly. To my mind he made one mistake where he was too casual passing it out and it went to a Lpool player. For the first goal he was elbowed by Carroll at least twice, something which keepers would always be given a free kick for. He then made a couple of good saves and distributions but does anyone mention these? Like hell do they!

Pogba was never getting on that pitch unless we were 4 or 5-0 up! He's not ready. The way people go on about Morrison and Pogba you'd think they'd played 50 odd games for United. I know you need to let them play to give them game time, but they need to go out on loan first ala Welbeck. He benefitted from a loan spell at Sunderland hugely.

Scholes has replaced Gibson in the 25 man squad. Diouf & Kiko were never going to make many of our match-day 18's, so they will not be missed. It also gives Will Keane & Jesse Lingard more reserve games. I wouldn't rule out some youth being brought in, but I think they can come in all year round? Not entirely sure about that.
