Rumours Nani has 'thrown a punch' at Davide Petrucci and is one step closer to leaving Utd. I believge the source may be the Daily Mail though.

For those who are interested our reserves are playing newcastle and at half time the score is 2-2. Davide petrucci, simply, oozes class. He set up the first goal, tackled and won the ball back before sending a fine through ball ( scored by macheda ) and scored the 2nd after great work by lingard and macheda. what is most impressive though is his berbatov-loke ability to keep producing flicks and tricks and magic moments all around the pitch without surrendering possession.

Sydney! didnt you say he was injured and that's why he didnt play in the cup? Well he certainly does not seem like it.

Petrucci for me is way ahead of any other under 21 midfielder. He's classy.

I know hes had a serious injury in the past but i cant for the life of me understand why he hasnt been given a shot in the 1st team,i really hope we dont lose him the same way we lost pogba.

Really is a shame that he's had quite an injury prone time while at the academy. Imagine he could have been even better. At the pre season tour he stuck out and didn't look to me like a reserve player, he hardly lost the ball and his passing was terrific. Don't understand why we dont try him out in some senior games.
