Last genuine rumour of 2012 coming from a good source that united have tabled 10.8m bid for zaha and 18m for isco.
United wanted to go for isco in summer but rumour is city have pushed to move quickly. Fergie dnt want to miss on him
Tc guys. Have a great new year

Believable30 Unbelievable49

Would be happy with that, good start. Still need a midfielder and left back but good start.

Agree0 Disagree0

Think Isco is the player I'd like most.

DodgyBanter

Agree0 Disagree0

Not a chance that will happen. Taking into account SAF's comments on Nani, we will have 7 wingers plus Kagawa.

Agree0 Disagree1

31 Dec 2012 21:59:00
do you really expect nani to stay after those comments? They were the usual sir alex pre amble to selling. And kagawa isn't a winger.

Not Zaha, not good enough.

Agree0 Disagree0

Not sure fergie would be pushed as there is still some doubt about "big game" isco and whether he goes away - let city or cheslkea pay stupid money it will cost to release him once he signs new contract

Agree0 Disagree0

And i forgot to say let us see petrucci play......please

Hope not £10.8 for Zaha? He's so overrated! If that's the case I would rather he went for Ince who is twice the player Zaha is and going about half the price. Can't see Fergie signing anyone if there is any arrivals I hope it's Strootman or a similar type of player

Agree1 Disagree0

I hope not for 10.8 million that is a major investments. I would rather pay 18 million euros for Isco or Munian or same sort of money for Sneijder if he agreed to wages that are reasonable.

Shahram

Agree1 Disagree0

Ince is garbage compared to Zaha.

Agree0 Disagree0

Munian would cost 25.

Sneijder is not worth it and not what we need.

Agree0 Disagree0

Isco is good but would wait another season as could be a 1 off season and we need a ball winner before a play maker.

If petrucci and co are supposed to be great prospects why are we looking other similar type players to buy can't see it there will be no signings in january end of!nani will go in the summer and we will prob bring in two in the summer nani's replacement and a defencive midfield player and at a push myb a center half that's it!

Agree0 Disagree0

James Rodriguez and Victor Wanyama will join nxt summer with Susaeta is also another target for us....
Alvaro Vadillo could be on his way in this january, , , , , , , , , ,

Have a great New Year Eds and everyone. Be safe and here's to a great 2013 for SAF and the lads.

All the best guys,

Ports {Ed007's Note - All the best for 2013 Ports, and to everyone of you out there. Without you the sites wouldn't be here.}

who would like michael essien

Believable7 Unbelievable91

DEFINATELY NOT, far too old and slow,

Agree2 Disagree0

Jose mourihno perhaps
DJ

Agree1 Disagree0

Do you have a time machine? If so I will have Keane, Scholes, Best, Irwin & Ronaldo.

Sydney!

Agree1 Disagree0

Definitely not anymore. He hasn't been very good for Real but I would have loved him 5 years ago.

Dan

Agree0 Disagree0

Maybe his mum and dad?

parks

Agree0 Disagree1

He is way past his best. In his prime he was up there with the best. Probably the most complete midfielder at that time but he is really poor now.

But we could really do with a proper back up for Carrick who can do the defensive job and who is maybe young enough to succeed him eventually if he develops the right way.

Agree0 Disagree0

I watched him a couple of weeks ago and was amazed at how quick and fit he was the best I've seen him in a long time, he got mom playing right back
quite surprised to be honest but I don't think he will ever end up at United
jred

Agree0 Disagree0

Hey syd's don't forget captain marvel

Agree0 Disagree0

A younger version of him would be OK + the guy's injury prone

Mancunian Red

Agree0 Disagree0

The Way Essien defend the CR7 header goal in the CL 2008 Final in Moscow tell you how lazy he can be at time. With the fact: he doesn't get any younger.

JLBER84

Agree0 Disagree0

Believe me if you sign wanyama you will be getting twice the player! This boy is going to be a superstar! Cetic jamie!!

Is this all paper talk or is it possible and likely that ronaldo will come home to old Trafford ! Love it if it happened!

Believable62 Unbelievable37

I would personaly love him back but feel his price is to high for us and a move to psg or city would be more realistic. resigning with madrid is most likly outcome we may resign him when saf retires when ronaldo hits 30.

Nick Powell could be heading on loan to Leicester City for the rest of the season.

G.A.G.U.S

Believable36 Unbelievable15

I guess it would be good for him, maybe better than him sitting on the bench.

If this loan works out good for him maybe he could get a season loan move to a premier league side such as a newly promoted team?

-JakeW

Agree0 Disagree1

I think if true it's nothing more than a money spinner as he is easily capable of playing in the EPL. We must be being offered a significant loan fee for him.

Sydney!

Agree0 Disagree0

WILL BE GOOD FOR HIM, AND BRING HIM THROUGH

Agree0 Disagree0

31 Dec 2012 12:25:01
i'm not so sure he is ready for the prem just yet. Hardly makes the bench. Yes he looked good against wigan but thats one game. Its a big step up from crewe. He's gone four divisions in one move. I think half a season in the championship would be a good move. Mort

Agree0 Disagree0

Sydney how can you say he is more than capable of playing in the EPL with a very small handful of games so far and at the age of 18? If he was "more than capable" I'm sure SAF would have him in there, especially when our midfield has been questionable at times to say the least. He is not "more than capable", not at all.

A loan would be ideal for the boy.

SC93

Agree0 Disagree0

I think that if Powell is loaned out, it will be to help his progress, fee with have little to do with it. Fabio was loaned to QPR for around 1 million for the whole season. Any team wanting Powell for just under half a season, would have to stump up just under half a million tops.
Mik

Agree0 Disagree0

U can only loan 2 players to 1 Club at a time. Looks like Lingard would come back or be sent somewhere else.
TJ

Agree0 Disagree0

Leicester is a perfect club for Keane or Lingard, but Powell is a class above and is ready physically for the EPL. People will know that like Hull we have a good relationship with Leicester and that is the only reason why he would be sent there. The lad is ready for the EPL, not United, but for a lower EPL club.

Sydney!

Agree0 Disagree0

Can people honestly say he wouldn't be an asset for someone like Wigan, Southampton or Reading. Even Fulham or Villa.

Sydney!

Agree0 Disagree0

He doesn't get much game time because Scholes, Giggs and Cleverley are ahead of him. After a year or 2 I expect him to overtake Cleverley.

Dan

Agree0 Disagree0

31 Dec 2012 14:40:23
dan he'll partner cleverley.

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't see how he can Partner Cleverley, there would be very little defensive cover. He could partner Carrick or he could play further up anywhere across the attcking 3 in a 4-2-3-1.

Dan

Agree0 Disagree0

I do not think that Powell is ready for the Premier League yet. Half a season in the Championshiop will do him a world of good.

And next season we can maybe loan him to Wigan. Martinez is a great coach for young players.

Agree0 Disagree0

I know the people behind leicester having lived in thai for 6 years and the gaffer does trust in what they are trying to do, not a pearson link but a smiechel link so i can see it, but onlt short term for games

"Manchester United have blocked Angelo Henriquez from representing Chile “ so he can go to Wigan on loan"

Could be a beneficial move for him, article states he will provide cover for Kone when he goes to the AFCON. Let's hope he grabs the opporunity with both hands and shines. I wasn't expecting a move like this for him so soon TBH, SAF must think he's ready.

Gav

Believable32 Unbelievable4

Is it just for the AFCON or does he go till the end of the season?
I think he will get alot of chances at wigan mainly because boselli is crap and di santo isn't great either

Agree1 Disagree0

A good move for all parties.

Sydney!

Agree0 Disagree0

Yeah but Angelo does sound a bit p!ssed off he's not playing for Chile because of it. I for one cant wait to watch him in the PL.

Ozwald

Agree0 Disagree0

Noname

I'm not sure, but if he does well I would have thought they'd want him to stay til summer anyway.

Ozwald

Yes he did didn't he! Hope that doesn't cause any problems. Playing in the EPL is 10 times the better experience than playing U20's football though.

Gav

Agree0 Disagree0

Would not help him at all playing in the U20's tournament.

He needs to play against proven professionals and get used to the premier league. Wigan is the perfect club for that and Martinez the perfect coach.

Agree0 Disagree0

Really looking forward to seeing this kid play against EPL opposition, I think he'll take his chance! :)

Guys this might sound crazy but I was in touch with a spanish friend who is quite close with my family, he gives us some rumours and has been correct so I'm passing on what he told us today, Ronaldo will let his contract run out and rejoin us at the end of it or Madrid will sell him for less than they paid. We are definatley interested in bring Ronaldo back.

Caolán.

Believable41 Unbelievable26

Reading the newspaper talk at the early hours are you.
KevDarko

Agree0 Disagree1

So in future when we want to know any news on ronaldo we just ask a spanish person.

Agree1 Disagree0

Was your contacts name manuel ?

Agree0 Disagree0

Why the sarcasm from the anonymous posters?

When I last looked this was a rumours site and the OP posted a rumour.

Red Man

Agree0 Disagree0

Ronaldo comin g back would be welcomed by almost all united fans but feel he is most likley to resign with real and we will probley move for ronado when he hits his 30s.

jwberry

Agree0 Disagree0

Ronaldo and saf didnt get on at the end at all relations broke down to the point of no return hence i have been told he will come back to manchester but in a light blue shirt apposed to the famous red's {Ed004's Note - That's complete bs... Both players have repeatedly praised each other and they both have a brilliant relationship with each other}

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed004 who was that last no name?

Brendan {Ed004's Note - Just someone on the wind up}
