Has anyone else heard anything about the Morrison transfer ?? I've heard that there is a buy back clause that he comes back in 18 months for £3.5m and it was ravel that asked saf to get big Sam to take him to London so he can get away from Manchester to break away from the people that have been getting him in trouble
TBH the way that FErgie cam our beofer the Crystal Palace games and hailed Morrison as an incrediable talent it wouldn't surprise em if there was a buy back clause although i would expect it to be more than £3.5 million, although if West Ham get promoted and stay up because of Morrison they will want a fair penny. However Morrison could quite easily say f**k o*f to his mates its common sense, i think Big Sam will sort him out and wouldn't be surprised if an arrangement was agreed between the 2 clubs as Fergie and Big sam are good mates. We might see a few youngsters gon on loan at West Ham, as Big Sam loves his loan players and he hasn't got a big budget either.
Where did you hear that? If it's true, that's very interesting.

Hope so
Nonsense. Why wouldn't he have just signed a new contract and then gone out on loan if that was the case? Morrison has been sold, no buy back clause, he's gone and that's the end of it.

There's a lot of detail there. If it is the case, then the reason he didn't go out on loan, is because SAF wasn't sure that he would work out, so didn't want to give him a new contract.

What do you think ed and syd? {Ed002's Note - I have not seen his contract.}
Morrison is gone and is probably not coming back. By the time his worth buying back, sir would have retired and we'll have a new manager. Who's to say this new manager will even want him back.
He should have signed the contract and cemented his place at united before sir alex retires.

I highly doubt this is true (unfortunately) but it makes sense.
If on loan, he wouldn't get rid of his entourage. If they believe he is gone for good, they will move on and he might have a chance of being left alone once he returns in 18 months.
Would be very hard though to keep such a clause in his contract out of the media, or rely on any gentlemen's agreement, who knows how long Big Sam is at West Ham.
How long is he contracted to WH?

Lets get it right here, if Morrison stays out of trouble and he is fit for the next match he will play. He will be a massive hit at WHU and I think he will be there for a maximum of 18 months before being snapped up by a top European club. I would like to think we have first refusal, but not sure there is a fee agreed. Some people need to understand just how good Ravel is, he will be a world-class talent if he stays out of trouble, that is almost certain.

You can't be certain of anything like that, read the comments and posts about douglas costa, best thing in brazil, better than ronaldinho, like messi, etc. Look where he is now.
Only people trying to sell Douglas Costa would say he will be better than Ronaldinho & Messi. He was never going to be that good. If Morrison can stay out of trouble he will be worth a fortune in the future, he is naturally gifted.

I can't understand why the greatest manager in the world has let such a gifted young player leave the greatest club in the world. And why would such a gifted player want to leave the greatest club in the world. He only needs to look at the last three or four teams that SAF has put together to know that if you are good enough you'll get to play and then get the rewards - that come with playing for the worlds best supported club. I do wish some one would come out and explain what has happened and why.

Bullsh!t tim vickery said he was like a left footed ronaldinho, and he knows a lot more about football than you.
Sorry - you missed the point of my text - I should have put a question mark at the end of it.
I too have followed Morrison, I too believe he is an exceptional talent, thats why I find it so difficult to understand why he has gone and all I was hoping for was an informed answer to that question.
