We can rule out us bringing forlan back to the club. Do you remember a statement released from the the club saying we will not sign anyone over the age of 27 and Diego is 31 so sorry utd fans!

No, no I can't. Because there never was a statement made of that nature. And the newspapers made that policy up.

TOO OLD AND CANNOT HANDLE THE POWER OF THE PREMIER LEAGUE.
Have a laugh, the man is built like a machine and would easily hack it in the prem now. We won't buy him unless he's cheap so no chance probs.

~I have just been told by my cousin who's inlaws live just outside Madrid, they are Real Madrid fans but have friends that are Atletico fans, my cousin told me that Atletico Madrid are trying their best to sell Forlan, Aguero & one of Asenjo or De Gea this January, the club are telling the media that Aguero will sign a new massive deal, hoping that a big team will storm in to sign him before he signs on the dotted line, Forlan is openly telling the media that he is willing to leave if they pay the club a decent fee, something the club has asked him to do, and De Gea's agent is working overtime linking his client to clubs like United, Arsenal & Inter.
Apparently Atletico Madrid are deep into debt and border lining liquidation unless they raise some funds. The Spanish government have refused to help them, yet they have always helped out Real Madrid. I will keep everyone updated about anything new but my cousin lives in London with his wife and i am not sure how often she phones her parents. But what i do know for sure is that De Gea or Asenjo are for sale, just one of them and they would prefer to sell De Gea as he will bring in more money, Aguero & Forlan are also both on the market.

I support man u myself but barcelona after rooney we need some better right backs why not maicon or dani alves for 30 million or a swap deal rooney for dani alves. rafael isn't good enough or fabio but fabio to ac milan for 8 million and macheda on loan to everton and save up for michel bastos for 13 million .
