Shaw isn't available this summer, and in terms of his development I think that is a good thing. I expect when he does he will end up at Chelsea, but all the big guns will be in for him. I honestly think Baines would be a brilliant signing for you lot. It has been said to death, but his all round game makes him an exceptional full-back, regardless of age. One of, if not the, most consistent performers in the league. It is very rare to watch Everton and not see him causing problems down the left flank.
