Global search for a decent manager would be a good start….
Then get the club all teams to play same way under that managers direction.
What we got now is just bordering on insanity, if this kid is special talent, he leaves, that’s 100%.

No when 12 months in you expect to see something and a rebuild don’t give you the right to lose most of your games in that 12 months, no one asking for top 4 or even top 6 but look at the teams we lost against, I don’t think Grimsby or Brentford let alone the others are asking to much.
Coupled with the fact of RA attitude keep saying I don’t care or worry about my job, well you should care, have some professional pride man, we all know your have millions to go, but that’s not the point, you should care!
You could give RA another 500 million he won’t build a new team fit for the EPL.

Oh so Amad who was the new darling and new RWB is now no good either!
Returning from injury, none of them had any long term injury that needed to be played back in, it was just little niggles here and there, no real time out, your just making excuses.
He now been told he got to reintergrate Malacia from the naughty step! RA not happy about that, but why not club pays his wages.
Mainoo on the naughty step too, why else would he not give him a run of games not like our midfield is so good he can’t break in…. its just because RA once said he is battling Bruno for a place and is too stubborn to change on that.
Terrible manager, yes we have poor players in Deligt, McGuire, Shaw, Ugarte even Dorgu is poor, all players that many on here said are fantastic but even these poor players should do and would do better under a proper manager.

I am no fan of Mainoo, he lacks pace and legs to cope in today’s game, but Jesus he must be better than what we have or at least be given a chance in a run of games, but RA just makes a decision and that’s end of, too stubborn, too stupid… now he been told you have to try reintegrate Malacia, against his wishes…… and why not it’s not as if the current team are doing any good, so surely use all at your disposal, so yes give Mainoo a chance, give Malacia a chance move Bruno to proper position, but oh no all to radical for this man and we stick with same ol crap again and again… clearly he on borrowed time there is not one pundit, ex player, ex manager, press person who believes it’s time, so no doubt that happens between now and 1st week of November.
