This squad I think is 2 years away from greatness. next season is ole's test, I think we should give him a chance, guardiola started from nothing now look at him, although I'm still not convinced he could dominant or rise to a proper challenge from us.

1.) 01 Mar 2019 06:44:58
Another ‘test’ for Ole?
Looking forward to watching him pass this next one.

Guardiola didn’t start with nothing by any stretch of the imagination.
He started with Puyol, Messi, Xavi and Iniesta to name just a few. We don’t have a player close to those 4 right now. They were on another planet.

2.) 01 Mar 2019 17:30:35
I think he might Guardiola wasn’t a pedigree manager but Barcelona gave him a chance and he blossomed.

Is martial Dwight York martials dad, Harvey martial.

1.) 06 Dec 2020 01:12:00
Ermm what?

2.) 06 Dec 2020 07:05:23
Has someone indulged in a few alcoholic beverages?

{Ed001's Note - that is probably a good bet considering his previous post was: "I've been reading this site for years and only post when I'm drunk, who remembers that penguin weirdo?"

Does anyone know what on earth he was trying to say?}

3.) 06 Dec 2020 07:34:22
Think he was talking about a poster called nigak? Use to say he was a talking penguin. Few years ago that, was when rainfishtrombone who I think became iamkloot and Sydney use to post alot.

4.) 06 Dec 2020 08:31:39
Was it Ngak our feathered friend?

O wr the years a few regulars have left or have just stopped posting. Although Sydney! pops up now and again.

{Ed001's Note - I meant his first post in this thread, not the one about Ngiak, I remember him very well. He was always amusing, if extremely odd.}

5.) 06 Dec 2020 10:45:16
Joeyord. Your a disgusting pig.
Ed001 what he means is that martial is playing like a disabled person as jordan and yorkes kid harvey has disabilities.
Your are a sad little man p%ss off and don't post again with that sort of disgusting comment.

{Ed001's Note - ok well that is a ban then. Thank you for explaining mate.}

6.) 06 Dec 2020 12:24:18
Picking on kids with disabilities what a ****er.

{Ed047's Note - spot on

7.) 06 Dec 2020 13:19:33
Agree Simon. Thinking he is a funny fella. complete bellend.

8.) 06 Dec 2020 14:42:52
I can only fathom the original post is at best an attempt at a joke, at worst pretty cruel.

05 Nov 2020 04:09:10
Ole needs to go back to the cavalier style, fearless, how fergie played until he could sign elite players, keep ole in the job, poc won't be backed either.

1.) 05 Nov 2020 06:35:36
Ole needs to get a box fill it with all his belongings say his goodbyes and do one back to Molde 😷😷.

2.) 05 Nov 2020 07:25:10
Agree bfro😂😂.

3.) 05 Nov 2020 07:37:19
Won't get backed? How much are you wanting us to spend exactly? The guy is a dud. Would any other team give him a job in the prem? Doubt it.

4.) 05 Nov 2020 07:58:54

Ole has spent hundreds of millions yet can’t organise someone to stay back and cover, didn’t scream at his team to get someone back. What Ole needs to get back to is Norwegian football. Has to go today. The only thing preventing it is emotional sentimentality.

5.) 05 Nov 2020 09:53:17
If Poch goes to PSG and Allegri stays in Italy, who replaces Ole Redman.

6.) 05 Nov 2020 10:40:20

There is a very long list who are better.

7.) 05 Nov 2020 11:35:55

I could make a case for every other manager in the premier league doing a better job.

05 Nov 2020 04:02:55
If ole had got sancho, grealish where would we be, the man wasn't backed, why, I'm one for sticking with ole, he had us finishing 3rd, he had a plan and the board never delivered, pogba needs sacking not ole he signed vdb hoping pogba would be sold, ole is less than 2 years in the job, he's learning but improving, he deserves at least another year, poc is not the answer.

1.) 05 Nov 2020 05:57:43
Thats hilarious Joey. Good one that. You should do stand up comedy.

Betty, you got competition mate.

Ole and plan do not go together in one statement unless you are saying that he doesn't have one.

Forget Sancho and Grealish, you give him Messi, Ronaldo, Zlatan and he will still struggle.

2.) 05 Nov 2020 06:08:25
He wasn't backed yes properly, but not having a rw and another am is not the reason why wekeep shipping goals. Getting rid of pogba won't turn maguire into a decent cb or make awb even semi competent with ball at his feet, its not the reason why even into his 3rd season he can't coach his team to defend properly or play out of the back nor does is explain his inability to get us playing any discernable style of football.

He has turned us into a small club that raises its game vs the bigger teams. Winning nothing, with no notice improvements even after all the money he has spent and for all complaining about the last window, money was spent and has been spent under ogs.

3.) 05 Nov 2020 06:26:14
We have turned into Cardiff and Molde under Ole, underdogs that can only play counter attack football with fast players against teams who come attack us. It isn’t good enough.

4.) 05 Nov 2020 07:15:02
He wasn’t backed fully but we’d still have the same shambolic defence and no pattern of play.

Clearly Ole isn’t good enough to manage a premier league club, but some of the players should be held accountable too.

Maguire seems to be getting a free ride. He’s the weakest MU captain I’ve seen in my lifetime.

{Ed025's Note - you make a good point wazza some of the players are not giving their all and thats unacceptable, but some will say they are not buying into the ethos of the manager mate and the buck stops with him..

5.) 05 Nov 2020 07:38:30
LolRed Man, he's is turning us into Cardiff, relegation included.

6.) 05 Nov 2020 08:03:39

Underdogs that play on fast counter attacks, but no organisation as a football team. That first goal last night was so amateur there is no excuse.

Yes Cardiff and Molde as that is Ole level.

7.) 05 Nov 2020 09:31:54
Yes Ole is out of his depth but the players are a disgrace. You can’t give them a bollocking these days as it will upset their feelings and the first thing they do is down tools. They have zero fight. If any of us played for Utd I’m sure every single one of us would run through brick walls for this great club. Not these bluffing want to bees. i'm sick of the lot of em.

8.) 05 Nov 2020 09:55:23
Blackpool, we might run through a brick wall for United, but we would also defend like the first goal last night.

9.) 05 Nov 2020 12:41:04
That bloody Pogba where was he in the first half 😡.

02 Aug 2019 03:11:47
Sancho, rice, diop, and maddison should be our targets as of January, pogba is staying for now, Leicester are having our pants down, Maguire couldn't lace Ferdinands boots, Tottenham manager will arrive next summer.

1.) 02 Aug 2019 05:51:37
Joey, do you have a type of Tourettes?

2.) 02 Aug 2019 08:35:06
So leicester are having our pants down for maguire and you want us to negotiate with them again for maddison?

3.) 02 Aug 2019 08:36:07
That's harsh Ajh, Joey has an equal right to voice his opinion as anyone. And frankly, i find anyone mocking such a debilitating condition unfunny.

It's took the fall of United being the shining light for English teams for English teams to dominate Europe, history repeats itself, joeyored.

Imagine pogba under saf, he'd be long gone, I like osg's transfer strategy, I just hope he can survive the bad times that are coming and improve his management, dark times are ahead for us, belief is what makes us strong and I believe osg will lead us if given the chance, pogba, Lukaku, martial, rojo, darmaian, get rid, smalling, Jones are united no matter there quality, young English and hungry is perfect way forward, what English lad doesn't want to play for United, sheer clear of raiolas players and find the next scholes Keane Neville Bruce pallister Irwin Cole sheringham giggs Beckham and a shearer who regrets what he could of had, Ferdinand the greatest defender in EPL history, vvd couldn't touch that boy in his prime, trophies say it all, even vidic should be laughing, our success is built on British players with a sprinkle of foreign magic, same as Liverpool's dominance in the 70s and 80s.

I don't believe poc is the answer, just because he's available, so was jose, its got repeated written all over that appointment, we need to Approach someone different, like nagelsman and, we smashed his team but that doesn't write him off, poc has done nothing to earn the right to manage us, ole move upstairs to do and bring in nagelsman, poc will be all ego.

The argument I have with lfc fans is they are Leicester in disguise when they won the league, no competition, LFC have no rivals while the elite are rebuilding, where are there competition they ain't competing against the 08 Barcelona or the Ronaldo years of mufc, mourinho years of Chelsea, maldini and pirlo of AC Milan or even the invincibles under Wenger, hope LFC, Leicester FC is put put into perspective, joeyored.

{Ed047's Note - who were you’re rivals when you had money and no one else did?

You just sound bitter Joey like you’ve got to belittle something. This current Liverpool team would give any of your previous teams a good run for their money.

Add to that when you were in your pomp did you ever achieve what both City and Liverpool have. I’m guessing that’s a no! 🤦‍♂️
