Martial is 15% fitter.

You spelled it wrong. begins with an sh.

{Ed047's Note - 🤣🤣

1.) 30 Jan 2021 19:53:23
Highlight of game was Luiz blocking a free kick and that got him man of match🤣🤣.

2.) 30 Jan 2021 19:55:56
As much as they may be tongue in cheek. Cavani misses the biggest 2 chances of the game and Martial is the focus.

3.) 30 Jan 2021 20:05:23
Yep MIR he should have converted one of them. Ironically martial was better placed for the 2nd one.

{Ed047's Note - it wasn’t hard for Luiz to get MOTM as you were so shite mate.

4.) 30 Jan 2021 20:20:48
Arsenal weren't all that either. Game could've gone either way.

{Ed047's Note - 🤣🤣🤣

5.) 31 Jan 2021 02:53:56
I thought Fred was man of the match, didn’t put a foot wrong today, snuffed out so many Arsenal breaks, very good from him.

6.) 31 Jan 2021 07:36:38
Martial looks too bulky for me. Stay out of the gym and work on pace and finesse.

So apparently according to Ole, yesterday's second half was progress.

What do we think?

That's not exactly what he said though was it. He said it was a change in mentality compared to Everton, that yes they played crap, but didn't give up, where last season they did.

2.) 25 Nov 2019 12:11:20
Anything to slate the manager again.

Folks,

Just remember Roberto Di Mateo at Chelsea and what he achieved.

Anything is possible.

"and Solskjaer has won it" Oh how I would love to hear those words again.

2.) 19 Dec 2018 14:21:34
Imagine that shappy, us in a CL final and lukaku looks like a lost puppy to the extent that Ole says feck it I will win this myself and subs himself on in the 89th minute.

3.) 19 Dec 2018 14:28:27
The skies are fairly grey outside.

4.) 19 Dec 2018 16:19:33
Footy fans most mentally unstable people in the world.

Why would anyone be excited about Bale. there was a semblance of a plan, young, hungry players, Bale is simply a galactico signing. tbe higher ups have known for months what it would take to get Sancho and have acted, as usual in an amateurish way again and will now panic buy someone who doesn't fit.

Bale will be injured first game he plays and will be out. it's a disgrace tve club acts like this, no ambition apart from bringing in money.

Can I chime in please, as an academic who has published papers.

Not all peer reviewed papers have statistical significance, sometimes papers are accepted if it is a special edition, or shows something new, regardless of number of participants unfortunately. I regularly see papers that have small. sample sizes, less than 20, or small group sizes, only 10.

The way forward with peer reviewed papers is replicability. and it needs to be more than 1 paper, ideally you would look at 20.

The best way would be to look at meta-analysis that aggregate many papers, both significant and non significant.

Effectively you are all correct.

However not all papers are peer reviewed, and it depends on the journal, if it is class 1, or a tier 1 paper, anything other than a tier 1, possibly tier 2, should only be taken into consideration if the study has been replicated a few times.

I did a study on the crowd at Old Trafford in 2009/ 10, based on size of crowd, size of away fans crowd etc for social psychology, but it was only at Old Trafford, so it can't be considered, I would gave needed to do a longitudinal study across a few seasons at all grounds in order to get a proper sample size.

While smaller studies can he informative and lead to larger studies, same size will be an issue and it's very difficult to apply that to a larger population.

Bolger,

Are you quoting Frozen?

I hope so.

I am going mightily embarrassed if you are not and I have just announced to the web that I know the words to the songs in that film.

In my defence I have young daughters.

Rock

I think I remember reading a post of ED002 whereby it was stated gate money doesn't produce that much income for the club, your season ticket hasn't increased in price has it, more than inflation.

Ultimately as I have said elsewhere, you have a choice, you can continue to attend, buy the kits, crisps and whatever or you cannot and save yourself how ever much it is you spend, which probably wouldn't pay for a minute of a player's time.

I think you are forgetting how much it costs to pay those that work for the club that aren't involved in the footballing side of things.

Whinge as much you like, but you choose to go. you could easily choose not to.

I want the Chiefs to win, but I think the Buccs may do it, thus cementing Brady as the best ever which he is.

The Glazers were ecstatic when they won the championship, good for them, no one thought they had a chance but they brought in a great coach, and some good veterans, apart from Brady like Fournette and have done well in the draft.

The coach is also a great tactician. He deserves to win as did Andy Reid last year.
