There's a suggestion Madrid might try to scupper the loan deal by trying to argue it wasn't done in time simply because their deal for a replacement fell through - sounds like something they'd be at but being genuinely late would be no surprise either if Woodchip mixed up his homing and carrier pigeons - loan deal might be in a loft in his garden as he toasts his sterling performance 2day

£27.5m for the Fro - outstanding business Woodchip - wonder where he studied economics? Playschool perhaps? Ended up paying for one player almost as much as he bid for two - smacks of desperation - absolute genius

Seems Woodchips carrier pigeon has went missing so paperwork has gone missing and the Fro in doubt - another bureaucratic nightmare

Scrambling about on deadline day to sign a player we could have had cheaper weeks ago - add to that, the complete shambles they've made with everything else and it's hard to see how Moyes or anyone else can excuse this cr*p and put a positive spin on it

'everybody wanted' - I didn't see a queue of clubs chasing the Fro even at his original cheaper price - Utd were in a minority of one and were well and truly shafted by Woodchip and Everton on deadline day
Since your embarrassing manager doesn't have faith in you're own strikers I'd be very concerned if I were you - the media circus he creates can only draw attention from what he perceives to be an inadequate squad, for a limited time - when his press darlings turn on him he'll show his true colours - promises to be entertaining tho
Jeff Stelling mentioned that Bilbao have announced a second unsuccessful bid by Utd - didn't catch the amount though but he obviously hasn't quite got the hang of this whole transfer thing
You must be so proud - the 'special one' has returned and seems to have attained his PSV badge to go with his coaching ones - the way he manoeuvred that bus across the hallowed turf was pure quality - his genius really does know no bounds - we'll still be here when the wheels inevitably come off that bus - enjoy the bumpy ride tho
