It struck me from last year that Amorim looked like Manuel in Fawlty Towers. The way he moves is also similar. Now he gives off similar vibes of ineptitude and a singular feeling of incompetence.
He has now fallen out with five talented players and will add a sixth with Kobe Mainoo imminently. Why is this? Amorim's charm and geniality appears to cover over a sterile landscape of stubborn vanity.
It may not be just his fault but it may be mostly. In my view he has failed to deliver, and never will. Like many Messiah types he has turned out to be a snake oil salesman. Out damned spot as Lady Macbeth would say in Portuguese.

This is just a post against the manager. By using exiled players to push that point is weak.
The 'bomb squad' as they have been labeled were big issues before this manager and will remain issues until sold.
Kobbie has not put anything out there that would suggest he is falling out with Amorim either, so more fiction.
Sanchi is a waste of space and this was well known before we signed him, the eds said as much then.
Antony is just an average player.
Rashford has disciplinary issues under Ole, under ETH and unsurprisingly under Amorim. He needs to go.
To use those players as a reason to push an Amorim out narrative is weak.
You can want the manager out, that is your opinion but I for one would still want all those players out regardless who is in charge.

I am with CTR. The so called bomb squad deserve to be exactly where they are and can’t be out the door quickly enough. RA is making strong decisions that should have been done before. People want open heart surgery until it’s done.
