Some of the comments here you would think we are getting relegated.
We’ve lost a couple of games with a lot of players missing, be that through injury or being mates with Russell Brand, however we are short.
We’ve not seen the new midfield vision yet, let’s get our defence back and regroup. Long way to go yet.

I was at the game the other night. Didn’t think Maguire did much wrong of note - any worse than any of the others in the back 4.
I find it all too easy to make Maguire a scapegoat and while we’re all entitled to an opinion some of the comments about the lad here are a disgrace.
He’s got a phone and obviously reads what people think and are saying, the pressure on himself must be huge every time he steps out on the pitch. - he’s our club captain let’s get behind him.

Let’s get things straight because there’s so many people on this forum that think they know how to run a football club and what’s going on behind the scenes.
Maybe lingard did want to go but ultimately he’s signed a contract getting paid bloody well for it and at worst has to sit on a bench for 6 months or whatever it is till the end of the season.
We’ve let players go and with Greenwood doing what he’s done it doesn’t take a genius to see that the club had to go back on their word.
Everyone expects miracles in the short time RR has been in charge and still complaining.
Now more than ever the players that are wearing the shirts need our support not utter venom like some people here post.

It was at the game yesterday behind enemy lines with the villa fans.
I’d like to thank the players for the massive effort they gave in letting in 2 goals and getting me rumbled for being a utd fan. No harm came to me and it was bloody funny.
Anyway, I thought first half we pressed well and I still back Fred. He’s everywhere always tries his best it seems and plays for the shirt.
That new lad that came in for rashford is going to be a real menace. Big lad it seems and lightning quick.
Not sold on telles or Dalot. Not sold on any of the defence actually.

Hello everyone, longtime lurker but my first post.
I’ll say right out the gates I back Ole. We have to let him see it through to the end of his contract instead of changing to another manager and going through the same thing again.
He’s got us playing some really good football in spells and shifted a lot of the deadwood other managers couldn’t.
Pogba - needs to go. I don’t buy into ‘he played well last night†he’s overated and isn’t a team player. How many chances has he had? GET RID - although I suspect he’s being made to play by the powers that be.
It also irks me that he never tracks back when he gets tackled and always throws his hands up like it’s a crime that someone dare tackle him.
Centre half’s aren’t up to it for me. Get 2 more and take the armband off McGuire - worst captain in a long long time. Bruno is our man I believe.
We win this game on Sunday and we’re in second and we haven’t hit our stride yet. We should get behind Ole and support him. He’s doing well. We’ve had 2 world class managers in Jose and LVG that couldn’t get the job done and Ole is working with what he has and doing it well.
I know I’ll get flac for my thoughts but that’s the nature of it.
Love this site and I love reading everyone’s points of view. Here’s hoping next year we can get back in to games.
