Seems that it is just a matter of the timing of the announcement now Tim. EtH is just the first piece of the jigsaw though, let's hope Murtagh gets other pieces lined up and gives the space for Ten Hag to succeed.
As fans we will have to be patient as well, there is no quick fix on the cards. This will take a while to sort out, hopefully RR stays in some capacity and the board get who Erik wants, not the bunch of shirt sellers we seem to be laden with at the moment.

I’m excited but nervous…with our recent history I’m just waiting on us messing things up. ETH is an excellent first step but the other steps have to be right too for it all to gel together. My fingers are firmly crossed lol.

Newspaper reports suggesting that club will present their targets to the new manager (apparently two high energy midfielders and a striker) with opportunity for new man to suggest targets if his own (if TH, woukd expect Anthony and a Devon Rensch) club apparently want Rice and Kane, though accept be very hard to get.
Personally, I’d go for Konrad Laimer/ Palhinha, Haidara and Nunez, while also bringing in Garner, Shoretire, Hannibal and Garnacho. The other promising youngsters (Amad, Pellistri, etc) ciujd do with another loan.

Ole went for 3 years with the majority of fans supporting him. It wasn't till the final season when everything collapsed that the criticism became overwhelming.

Great young player, but needs to stay where he is for at least another season or two. He's had less than 20 appearances in senior football. He needs game time under his belt, time to gain experience and further develop before he takes the next step. Learn to walk before you try to run.

Caolan, that could work well, the important thing though is that young players need to play to develop. No good them training with the first team squad getting 2-3 minutes here and there to see out injury time. Utterly pointless and very little to be learned.
