Yes managers can fall out with players but for gods sake for any to go on for months and months is childish to the extreme, right or wrong we never know, same with Ronny had his spat with McGuire who still don’t respect him by the way, now it’s Varane’s turn, it’s just not good enough, ETH is aloof, cold and lacks experience he thinks he still in the Dutch league with kids, that won’t work with multi millionaire prima Donna’s I’m afraid and unless ETH wakes up and realises that he will be gone by Christmas.
Either way he won’t be allowed to spend another penny
No players not good enough, but players he bought in are no better that’s the most worrying thing
Forget injuries and make a team with all his purchases or loans over 3 windows and tell me that team wins anything of note! His 2 strikers one buy one loan, what is it 1 goal for Weghorst 0 for Rasmus…. Antony 18 months in still can’t kick a ball with his other foot and he had 4 years of ET coaching…. Loans or buys they still been ETH choice, one of his best loans and where we needed was Sabitzer and he did not want him for 15 million! To me that says it all with ETH eye for a player, sticking plasters or not they are his choice
Not worth going through each player he had come in because all not good enough for EPL case for Martinez and Casermiro maybe Rasmus but certainly not a first choice forward to lead the line atm that’s for sure, Casermiro clearly seen what ETH all about after playing under Carlo and Zindan he must think this is a joke.
He even don’t want to play his latest pet in Amrabat if he can help it!
You can keep looking for excuses all you like at end of day some players are not good enough granted but ones he bought in are same or lower level. Use injuries, but all teams have them it does not stop a style of play, we are 18 months plus in and it looks like there still not one, if your going to say it’s all because Martinez and how GK can’t play out to him your deluded as ETH.

Why worry about the leaks you can see with your own eyes if you were not so biased.
His buys/ loans Awful (1 or 2 out of 16 are any good)
His man management awful. (Holds a grudge forever)
His tactics awful (midfield gets sliced open time after time, he does nothing)
His substitutions awful (like for like everytime, no pattern change)
Coaching awful (otherwise how after 4 years can Antony still not cross a ball)
Never managed a big club. (but that’s OK because taking United down to his level)
Treatment of McGuire, Lindleorf, DeGea, now Varane, Sancho, the list goes on, sort it move on, don’t hold a grudge it will consume you like it’s now biting him on the arse.
If Ineos DO come in, he is gone 100% no way they will allow him to waste more money.

Oh yeah because Paul Scholes talks a lot of sense! and got great experience in management along with Eric, yeah that would really work and coupled with the great success of Keane at man management skills might as well add Neville too because he would bring great experience of management with him, times have changed it’s 2023 in case you not noticed… footballers are multi millionaires are backed by social media, for every 100 that moan about Sancho there will be 100 that back him, it’s the way of the world we now live in and getting worse, so you need to adapt with that rightly or wrongly.
Klopp is great example of doing it right, don’t you think he goes home and thinks bloody idiots prima Donna’s I work with everyday and then come game time it’s a cuddle, a slap on the bum, warmth shown…. That’s man management in 2023 all his players will run through walls for him… ETH is aloof, cold, thinks he above everyone, throws his players under the bus, always everyone else’s fault and then expects them to respond, it’s only old school players like McGuire that responds majority say F that and his friends stick with him
