First time poster long time reader, just want to thank the eds for a great job they do here! According to the express, fabregas has agreed to join us. Don't really believe it though.

From the lap of honour last night, it might seem that cleverly is on his way out, Rooney had to nudge him to start clapping the fans, and even then he clapped a bit and just sulked on, hands at sides. Perhaps I'm reading too much into it, but he definitely looked deflated.

Where was evra last night? I didn't see him during the lap of honour!

2.) Gman, that can only be a good sign.

3.) I noticed that as well, Deeps.

It was quite a sad night. A few of those lads will probably not be at the club next season.

4.) I saw that too and couldn't help but draw the same conclusion as yourself

5.) Wow; Rooney thinking another player needs to show some respect? Cleverly must really hate our club!

Haven't posted on here for a long time but felt inclined to wish CTR's son all the best. Hope he pulls through and recovers fully, stay strong CTR.

We're all praying for you.

A few days ago I was feeling optimistic that moyes will be able to find his footing against the weaker teams like west brom, but this is disgusting. Moyes needs to be more dominant and get the players to respond, otherwise thugs will go from bad to worse.

I felt it was a mistake taking kagawa off at half time, he's a really good player when he plays inside but moyes isn't giving him the opportunity. We'll be lucky to keep him if this continues this season. Janujaz however, looks a good little player, but we need to tie him on a long contract before he finds somewhere else.

I thought the performance against Leverkusen was some of the best football we've played in 2013 and I thought moyes was establishing himself as a united manager, how things have changed! I want to know how he's made rvp look non-existent when he was so deadly last year. To me the team lacks passion which hurts me as a passionate united fan.

So far I think DM has made a decent start, below par points wise but the overall performance is ok. The defence is looking better than last season, no longer getting that nervous feeling that the opposition will score every time they get the ball. But the team selections haven't been great. Why young has started is beyond me, kagawa should play more centrally behind rvp and zaha should at least be subbed when we've already got the game won.
Hopefully, as DM gets to know te squad better, the teams will get better. Always optimistic!

I'll admit I'm one of the younger fans, but can anyone remember something as farcical as this ever happening before?

DeepRed

1.) Yes every year with arsenal lol

I agree, £62 is too much, £62 + nani is a much fairer deal for us.

For a new student in London, it may be better to live in the halls of residence for the first year, as it will be closer to the uni and she can learn her surroundings easier. Generally students in the 2nd and 3rd years live outside once they're familiar with the city and comfortable moving around. What the other posters have said is true, student loan should be more for London unis, but of course the interest on the loan can be dissuading.

If HoR aren't an option for you then I'd have a look at Barking, Dagenham, Stratford, Romford in the east. I think other places in the east may be too far/expensive to commute. The north is expensive, the South is cheaper but not safe at all. The west is also not a bad option but is slightly more expensive than the east. Hope this helps!

Hi Big Al, to be honest, it really depends where in London she would need to travel - it can easily take more than an hour to get from one side to the other. It can be a nightmare, as a Londoner myself! Though I'd say the East London side is reasonable for commuting, and accommodation is not too expensive either.
