Will be surprised to see Vidal end up here, remember strootman being LVG number one choice which would attract a good amount. don't see woody spending near 40 million to 2more cm that's 80 million in total suspect he may go for someone who knows what it takes to play in the LVG philosophy and that's De Jong which is a way cheaper option. hererra has already been bought and strootman will likely be in January and Carrick also to come. Also seems ando is in his plan. De Jong is a massive upgrade from fletcher.

MOGUL

1.) Its not woodys money its the glazers money and if they feel there's a chance we won't make champions league again next year which would be a complete disaster for them finacially then they will spend how ever much it takes.

Let's stop complaining mata was a good but, still believe there is a lot to come from fellaini. All we can do is get behind them. DM wants to buy a cm of world reputation which would be difficult in this window. We were lucky to get mata (thanks to his situation at chelsea) It's a project and expect more in the summer DM knows he needs to buy and there is cash available 4 that

First sir alex retires, (2) we are missing out on our top targets (thiago, fabregas) (3)rooney to hand transfer request. Hmmh is this UNITED. moyes will really need to shake the transfer market this week or else the fans will start loosing faith in him. If I tell u am not scared am lying all though I wish him well

MOGUL

1.) Would you shut up! If Moyes can't get anyone in the transfer market it's not his fault, more likely to be Ed Woodward & the Glazers. How about you just judge Moyes on the results of games and the way in which we play in them? Getting fed up with all these negative moaning fans. JEEZ

Ozwald

2.) 'what is your transfer budget'

He replied:
'we have no budget'.

Which means we have no money constraints for transfers.

City's transfers have been done, they deliberately went and got 'tier 2' players instead of the crazy marquee stars that we appear to be going after.

If we were more realistic with our targets then I believe our transfers would also be completed by now.

Transfer targets are down to Moyes, not Woodward

3.) Haha! Do you know what I find funny?

Everyone was complaining at the beginning of the window, 'Oh the days of us buying the best stars are gone now, we don't have the money or ambition to compete in the transfer market, blah blah blah'. Now we're going for the best players and everyone is now saying if we went for 'tier 2' or 'realistic' targets we would get them.

Half of the fans on this site will never be happy, and get a kick out of moaning. Bore off!

In my opinion wayne rooney has reached his peak, a little competition and he gets edgy and frustrated. If he is top quality as he thinks then he should fight. Think if he can't get his head straight then united can use him as a bait to land fabregas or modric

MOGUL

1.) I have been perhaps the most vocal poster when it comes to the need to keep Rooney. But his decision will say a lot about him. If he chooses to stay that tells me he's a fighter and loyal, and that the problems with the club were legitimate ones that he had a right to bring up (lack of transfer activity/playing out of position). If he leaves, it makes me think he just used those two situations, which most posters on here agreed with him on, to leverage a better deal. If he goes to Chelsea, I'll be devastated, and I think it would be a huge mistake for both Wayne and United, but it would at least soften the blow to know if Rooney really is the mercenary the papers (and many posters) have made him out to be. I'll get thru my day avoiding the tabloid gossip and day-dreaming of a front six of carrick/fabregas, bale/kagawa/rooney, RVP.

Wonder why people are freaking out about who we buy, those rumours we read all day are false, only moyes and people at the board know our true targets. Sites just cook up rumours to keep us reading and selling their sites.

MOGUL

1.) You are right mogul, and our real targets are all world class, Fellaini, cabaye, baines, garay! Have you heard barca real or bayern or city and Chelsea chasing any of them lot up? No!
But that's who we will end up with. Crap players who will cost well over the odds.

2.) Jeez noname, I hope you made it through the night.

3.) Noname, I believe Chelsea were interested in Fellaini and Garay.

Barcelona also had interest in Garay.

PSG showing interest in Cabaye.

Baines is the best left back in the premier league and is also the most consistent.

These would be decent signings for us. But we do need a world class player to be able to compete in Europe again.

Weggy
