Liverpool fan here in peace.

RIP Sir Bobby Charlton.

I think I should say he was a gentleman first, a legend of the game and a scholar to the sport.

I had the privilege to meet him once at a young stars soccer camp (I'm 58 now so so must of been 40 years ago) and it will always stick in my mind what a big huge gentle giant he was - and so cool at the same time - I still have the mud ridden shin pad he signed for me.

RIP Bobby - YNWA

Alright lads, Liverpool fan in peace here.

I don't ever come on your site, but I imagine you may of had a few other fans on here recently regarding your boy Marcos Rashford.

I want to say what a commendable young man he is, doing what he is doing for the kids, I have nothing but respect for the lad, especially being so young in the world of riches he lives in, it's nothing but a breath of fresh and so inspiring to see, and he is an absolute credit to you, your club and Manchester.

The money in the game has become so repugnant and to see such a young lad with the big heart he has, use his platform to do good in the world is rather humbling. Nothing but kudos to him.

I generally hope it inspires others to do the same. imagine if all prem footballers gave just a measly 1% of there wealth to causes like this, what a difference it could make.

Anyway, all the best

Kemlyn.

Thanks Kemlyn.

Speaking of the 1% that’s something Juan Mata is working on. I can’t post links here but there’s plenty of info if you google it.

I hope more young players work as hard as Rashford is doing for those less fortunate.

Good evening gents

Liverpool fan in peace here.

Firstly I got to say I have a lot of respect for your city, I probably spent most of my mis spent youth in Manchester as a scouser either in the hacienda or bowlers, or going back earlier in the twisted wheel nights as the music scene back then in the 90's bossed the country like your team did at the time. Then I had a liam Gallagher hair cut, ray bans, and a parka. Didn't everyone?

Then I got married, my life fell apart, my wife had an affair with a manc, got divorced, and all I had left was footy

Its the first time I've been on your website and I must admit I can't get over the negativity you lads have the transfer window after finishing a strong second place last season

Then I read the Brendan Rodgers comments. please tell me you can't serious?

Ive seen some mad rubbish in bowlers at 6am on a Sunday morning

But. BRENDAN RODGERS

you have a top manager in JM, it's Edwards and his annual bonus you need to vent your anger on

Anyway, good luck for the season, looking forward to seeing you in the away end at Anfield

Let battle commence.

Cheers mate, I don't buy into all the hyperbole, we are what we are and I will go into next season in a positive frame of mind. MUFC forever.

Liverpool fan in peace here - for me personally, the best thing that could happen to UTD in this moment is getting rid of Gary Neville on Sky Sports and Social Media. I’m too too long in the tooth for the rivalry I’ve heard it all before, but Neville’s tweets with his smug face and bottle of red wine every time Liverpool slip up, is just giving every fan bullets to fire a week later, he is doing you no favours what so ever. I know you consider him to be Mr Man Utd after he ran 90 yards to celebrate after the 2-1 win that time in front of us (and I was in the old K stand that day) but I think he’s making things worse for you with his meltdowns. Last night with Redknapp ( who I don’t like by the way) although he had some good points, made the 4-0 loss even worse because it’s what everyone wants to see, and it adds more and more pressure every week.

I think he is the toxicity you want rid of first before the Glazers, he’s a petulant kid and every week makes you lot a bigger and bigger target which ETH could do without, in my humble opinion.

Anyway lads - good luck. for the rest of season anyways.

"a non-league semi-pro team" Ouch

I think I will print this match review out, take it to the local printers and have them make it into wall paper for me so I can decorate the front room with it. It is that good :)

Absolutely Priceless.
